The Hot Foil Stamping Process works by heating up brass letters or dies in a hot foil stamping machine to the correct temperature and then stamped onto a pliable surface using either foil (emboss) or without foil (deboss). Foils are available in many colours including metallic gold and silver which are amongst the most popular for stamping initials onto leather goods for example.
For successful hot foil stamping, it is of course very important to make sure that letters or dies are machines perfectly to exacting standards. All our letters, dies and emojis are precision engraved using only the very best CNC Engraving Machines. Once machines, they then undergo further visual scrutiny to ensure that you only get the very best from CPL.
Our brass letters, dies and emjois are deep etched, perfect for embossing or debossing onto leather goods without any issues.
Because they are precision engraved, each letter will give you a sharp and clean print or an impression.
