Freedom is found in discipline. There is always something to upgrade in your life. This phone and UA-cam thing is crippling to the core. Many of us are going to have to figure out how to just live. Just living has become so perplexing and difficult. Our minds are never silenced, scrolling your timeline effects your emotions and psychology the same way being in choppy water in a canoe effects your endurance. The most important thing next to eating, drinking and sleeping is learning how to silence your mind. It cant be silenced when in a perpetual state of social networking.
As salaamu alaikum and peace to those hearts searching.

I sit with tablets /phone when I feel lonely here in Nordic.
Back in home(South-Asia),when I go to visit my family,I do not remember where my phone is,as I meet 50 people per day(including family, friends, neighbors, shopkeepers, helpers, strangers with whome I can easily chitchat).
I feel lonely here, tablets/phone is the only connection to world.Yes I want to go back to my home but may be I should prepare for the real HOME.

This is correct. It should be treated like alcohol taken in moderation go off it for a month. Tech has enabled the few gatekeepers to control us all. Turn off notification feedbacks. The net is still great but it's gotten tricky to use it without being tooled. It needs to be built up again from the bottom up.
