You should hv mentioned this is actually a commercial van. Yes it can be a MPV as well but Mercedes has V-class for that. Am just not so sure about the registration does it falls under private or company registration.
curious how is it compared with hyundai starex... same 11seaters. diesel with high torque. of coz benz is premium brand. but hyundai starex looks like a compelling deal as well in term of paper spec.
Vito isn't the worst. V-Class is. Vito is a 4 row people carrier at rm290k. V-class is a 3 row peoplr carrier with a differemt dashboard at rm450k. Same sound proofing, same commercial van seats. I judged the V class in comparison to Malaysian market. For those with Alphard and Vellfire but still not enough seating capacities, Vito is a rm60k cheaper option with more seating. The disappointed with the V Class is that they didnt bother to mount proper passenger car seats or better sound proofing. They just changed a dashboard.

The problem is, it's not a commercial van. This is a passenger MPV, subjected to passenger car taxes.
