If you play it on the inside you'll notice each O mirrors your move across the X. So if you play in the top left corner an O will be placed in the bottom right corner. If you play in the right middle an O will be placed in the left middle. If you mirror the Os on the outside, it will solve the puzzle.

You add the results of the red die and the blue die. (so for 1:50 its 5+1+3 and 5+3+4 which is 9 for red and 12 for blue, but because the lock combination has 2 digits, you put 0912)
Idk how he got the 6 from that small paper with the headset. The letters are Em Rv Co and it made a 5. Where the hell did the extra V E and L come from???

You don't. You have to engineer it so that you DON'T get three in a row. If you do, you lose.

If you look in the mirror on the table the tip note on the wall looks like 417
i was putting in 917 for like 10 minutes but its apparently meant to be a 4
