    The problem I have with looking elegant classy is I look so out of place lol I'm 28 and work in construction so I only dress nice outside of work but I still keep the classic look going. I've got my trousers tailored and it really works making you look good! Btw men trousers are the most comfortable pants lol

    You can spend a fortune on a suit that looks great, or you can buy a cheaper suit have it tailored and makes YOU look great.

      Your tailor cannot create a silk purse out of a sow’s ear. A cheap suit that fits you well is still a cheap suit. The advice is not overpay for a good suit, e.g., strictly by brand name. Use the other rules on fabric and construction to give your tailor something with which to work.

      Having worked in luxury fashion retail the last 2 decades, I can assure you that the purchase of a luxury suit comes with ‘complimentary’ tailoring & guess what, no big brand would let you walk out wearing their creations looking bad, their reputation is at stake.

      I’d suggest a patterned Oxford shirt and some tweed wool trousers with loafers. It’s a sophisticated timeless look. You can also add an odd vest on top for a great classy outfit. Denim jackets over flannel and a Henley also look great on older people. Same with shirt jackets. I once saw a man wearing a leather jacket over a lightweight sweater at church and he looked amazing rocking a newsboy cap.

      I had a professor in college who, as soon as he went gray, started wearing Italian style 3 piece suits and also tweed jackets. The man owned the campus.

      The 40s advice still works except you have to keep the weight off and you have to keep the tailoring up to date. Since watching this show, I have gotten more aware about trouser lengths. 90 percent of men have the legs too long. Older men are the worst.

    I am most definitely grabbing one of these bags, I’ve wanted a nice bag for work, and these will be perfect. I was personally looking for an all black coach bag, but I like how these are constructed.

    I wouldn't agree that a V-neck or henley are good options. Always wear a crew neck.

    Love the videos and what you explain, but for me it is hard as a 52-year-old guy to be able to dress up looking elegant and classy the way I would like to because I have to handle two security guard jobs so I spend most of my time in a uniform than in a regular attire and the few downtime hours that I'm in regular attire it is whether I'm at home relaxing or going out to church or doing whatever and even though i can make options with what i have I just wear what is comfortable because I don't go out to any specific place where I have to dress a certain way to look the way i want to, unless i go someplace nice with my wife yeah then i'll level up, im more respect me for who i am rather than for what i wear type, that is my issue.

    Something about this image makes it look Ai generated or HIGHLY edited. Cant pin it. Just some feedback to find something that's more convincing because seeing this and having this impulse puts trust in the whole video in jeopardy.

    Important thing. You have to keep up with you weight, after 30 it`s much easier to gain weight and worse after 40, and you can lose all your clothes, Do workouts and exercises. 37 years old guy here

    One who really needs help to stop dressing like a teenager, when he's almost 40 years old and it's Lewis Hamilton. His style of dress makes even the women avoid him. Because they want a man who is almost 40 to dress like an adult and not like a child. Lewis claims to dress in fashion, sure, but not in fashion meant for children and teenagers. As well as wearing jewelry like a Christmas tree.

    • @baze3SC
      @baze3SC Місяць тому

      True. He can sort-of get away with it but that's because of his celebrity status and not because it looks good. At some point dressing like a teenager will only make it even more obvious that you're not a teenager anymore.

    • @ingvartorma9789
      @ingvartorma9789 Місяць тому

      @@baze3SC Because of the way Hamilton dresses, as his former girlfriend left him.
      Then he had a new famous woman coming, this year, who used to be seen in his depot but she also dumped him because he couldn't dress more grown up.

    Tapered jeans almost always look terrible. They cling to your legs and always wrinkle and look distorted and misfitting. They are also not as comfortable. This trend needs to die. Better yet, just stop wearing jeans completely.
