- Welcome back to the channel, in this video I have to remove the fuel tank to repair the spring hanger and find another hole in the process, so at least we know there's no more hidden surprises (on the back end at least)
its quite a long video unfortunately but I just needed to get the welding finished for my own sanity, as well as it taking up a considerable amount of precious time so close to moving, I'm supposed to be packing the garage equipment up and yet have more tools out than ever lol
pleases hit the like button and leave a comment as to what you think and any helpful advice is always greatly appreciated

Great work !
cheers Karl
2 things, 1. You might want to get some rust converter/inhibitor before painting the frame and 2. While you have the fuel tank out and have easy access to changing the fuel pump. Great job so far keep up the good work.
I've done the rust converter and its now painted, hopefully the video will be up shortly once I get time to edit it, tbh the pump is a good shout and I didn't think of that but as I write this its already back together (I'm on a time crunch and been flat out on it), the tank is a lot easier to drop than I thought so if its a problem in the future then ill do it then, thanks for the comments though
Good progress Paul, having to remove the tank was a time stealer but at least you discovered another problem that you were able to resolve. Also probably a good idea to change the fuel pump as @danielriordan6387 said
was a pain but like most things the thought of doing it was worse than it actually was and the benefits far outweigh the time penalty, not done the pump but shouldn't be to hard to do later as i now know how to remove it all
