This is the way forward for farming.. small farmers can pool thier land for development by such cutting edge agri companies in return for gaurented monthly fixed lease payments, training and employment of atleast 2youths from each farmers family giviny their land on lease . Win win for small farmers and better income security than struggling with a few acres and getting exploitated by mandis and middle men. Unfortunately thats what the farm law agitators and vested interests seem to want..
Looks like top notch farm. Needs high quality management team to run this kind farm. Highly impressed. Would like to visit the farm one day, if there is a chance.
