I always get shit for this, but I love anchovies. They are delicious. Some people say it’s a crime against humanity, but I enjoy putting them in pastas, salad, pizza or anything else that can use a little bit of salt.
I'm going to mix this up a bit. Going to substitute the "prosciutto of the sea" with chopped chicken and the arugula with spinich. Oh, also going to use Anchovie paste. ....... mainly because that's all I have right now. Update: So I forgot the chicken but man did this turn out amazing. Try it out guys. :)
Ive also decoded to follow this recipe but change a few things. Instead of the pasta, I made a dough. Instead of the bottarga, I used cheese. Instead of oil, I used tomato sauce. Instead of the arugala, I used arugala. Thanks for this recipe. It was the best pizza Ive eaten. *facepalm*
just made this and omg it was freakin’ delicious- my husband randomly came home with bottarga from the italian deli and i didn’t know what to do w it, looked up this video and it was the best lunch ever. thx so much for the recipe! 😋
