@L.A'S CLASSICS -_- as with everything in life it's all in moderation, drinking too much water can kill you dude. Homemade food like this is far better for you than what you get ready and easy at chain restaurants. Also meat in general is very nutrient rich per pound compared to other food groups. Don't be that guy please.

I usually do baby back ribs in the oven because it's set it and forget it, but the store only had st. louis style ribs this week and I'm here to try to make this recipe. Thank you, AB.

Mustard is the perfect complement to pork… It contains vinegar, It helps keep the moisture inside of the meat, and it really brings out the flavor of your rub. Smoke also really adheres to it as well.

AB, I've never tried to cook these ribs before because I didn't know how to prepare them. You showed me how to trim and cook them and I thank you. I look for to seeing how you will prepare the trimmings in another video. I will have these this Labor Day weekend, but I will probably only need to put the grill grate on the hot cement since SoCal is going to have scorching temps this weekend thru Monday, Labor Day! Have a good weekend and be safe. Melaney, San Clemente
