Between 2020 and 2021, I butted heads with a bunch of Sly Cooper fans. Apparently, this was due to how I defend the 4th Sly Cooper game (Thieves in Time) while a lot of others hated it, and they wanted this fan project to officially happen. Why am I bringing this up? Well, one of the arguments a lot of Sly Fans had towards the 4th game were mainly the art style… saying it was ugly and the designs should’ve been the original PS2 designs. After seeing this video and after seeing the cutscenes online… I really think using the original designs for Sly, Bentley, and Murray in HD… don’t translate well. And it’s thanks to PSMH. It’s clear those designs were only good because of the hardware limitations at the time, so yeah, I really preferred the Thieves in Time designs as they look familiar yet still fresh. Now, for PlayStation Move Heroes. I agree with most people, this game isn’t the crossover we wanted out of the PS2 Trios. If this was just a platforming game that used the PS Move as an option, and not a requirement, than maybe this would’ve been fun. But alas, it’s not. PSMH is pretty much the opposite of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. Whereas PSASBR felt like a love letter to PlayStation that was made for passion (Despite the inclusion of some characters… *Ahem* Big Daddy & Issac Clarke), PSMH felt more a cash grab to promote the PS Move. I believe that’s why Battle Royale’s remembered more fondly whereas Move Heroes has faded into obscurity.

I didn't know this was an actual game... I thought it was a mini-game collection. Might have to pick it up sometime just for the novelty
Just got a move sports championship set for 20 so hearing opinions like this really helps
I completely forgot that this game existed! It was a game I always wanted but never got to play, so it was a nice bit of nostalgia watching this video
I discovered your channel, with the video about Japan Studios. your channel is very good, it's a shame you have few subscribers
Thank you! This channel is slowly but surely getting there.
Gleeber & Lunk were so annoying 😒😖
this was a surprisingly amazing video for the small amount of views it has. I guess it’s just due to how niche this topic is😂
Even if the Plot is kinda trash the game is still pretty great in my opinion.
Never playedanything on PlayStation move.
