Every video I watched never instructed this … good to add to your video so people will know. I was ready to send my printed back till I found this out .
I would think it's common sense to run a head cleaning afterwards. Anytime you remove all the ink out of the head you have to prime it to push the cleaning solution through the print head and to the paper
@@ladyprintboss first sure setting common since aside ☺️… my printer has 3 types of adjustments a head clean , which I did a million times, a nozzle clean which I also did several times and a Power Clean which I didn’t do at first because videos told me it used lots of ink. And flipped the printer over the sink, just in case. It worked perfectly and all the ink went back into the bottle. I repeated that for all the colors. Then I just let the small amount of ink that was left in the printer drain into a container in the sink. It worked out fine. I used acetone to get some small splashes off. But I think my only mistake is I should have tapes the lids of the colo compartments on the printer open. That way no splashes of ink. Also, tape the scanner lid and the paper tray so they won't break or cause any trouble. Good luck 😊
Hello, my issue was not the wrong type of ink. The paper kept jamming and I suspected something was inside the paper well. Is it ok to have bit of water go through ?
Obviously once we rinsed the ink out there is bit water left in
you seemed to have answered your own question. LOL🤣
@@ladyprintboss do you do the print checks etc ?
The same problem I’m having…if you find out can you do a video
I put the wrong color ink in my printer as well and purchased syringes but I am unable to get pierce through that hard plastic. I tried the first time and the needle broke.
There are 3 holes on the top of the spout that goes into that bottle , use a smaller needle or look at my video on how to remove the tank it's easier
Thank you so much you help me a panic time
Your video is so useful, but even crazier is that you look so much like me, lol! I had to do a double take and think back like, did I make this video? I actually discovered a long-lost sister years ago so, hmmmm......
😂😂😂😂
You did a wonderful job. However, I know me! I'm going to find someone to do this for me
Thank you so much.
is this a 2760
This is the 2720
Muchas gracias!!!!!!
I was able to successfully get the ink cartridge out, clean it, and replace it, but now the printer is saying that I have a scanner error every time I turn it on and demands that I turn it off. ERROR #100077 Why is it saying this?
Disregard. I found another video that showed me how to fix it. When opening the lid, I pulled it back too far and it disconnected a cable for the scanner. Hopefully people see this comment before they get to that part in the video! Lol!
Thank you so much!!
love it
So where you take them 3 wires from.? Why didn’t you actually show it?
How about you go make a yourube video and then come back and shoe us how it's done? Maybe try to get some better energy because the lady who could help you won't because you came sideways. I make these videos for people who appreciate them and I help those who appreciate my time. Have a better night and consider yourself blocked.
@@ladyprintboss you mean UA-cam? And it’s show us. Not shoe. Learn how to spell and use at least 3rd grade grammar before you come at me. I asked a question. But I’m obviously not only one who didn’t find your video helpful. Now instead of crying just move on with your life like I have. Oh btw I fixed it. Again video was helpless.
Can you buy new ink cartridges instead of taking the printer a part
if you have a printer that takes cartridges you definitely can however the et printers have tanks
Myy wires games off where do they go
when you comment I can not see the video you are referring to but if it's the 2720 I did comment on that in the comments somewhere. There is also a video on the channel under printer videos that shows it. Lastly there is a photo under the community tab that will show you where it goes
If none of that helps join my Facebook group for help. It's easier there
It would have been nice if you would have let people know at the beginning before taking the cartridge cover off that you can't put it back on.
I just wanna say you rock I just got done getting ink all over myself because well I'm messy lol thank you so much I never thought in a million years when I come looking for a fix for my eco tank printer a women was going to show me how. Thank you so much.
Did u get it back on
I think I’ll buy a new one! She has the patience of a saint! Thank You beautiful woman. You are mechanically inclined. I don’t have that much patience.
