I love when the Professor makes jokes about his own profession. It reminds me of that saying "always see the bright side" or something like that.

With all the terrible planeswalkers and other things the professor has to deal with I'm starting to think he is a 0/1 with indestructible and shroud in order to survive these ordeals. Also you should do an episode with Emrakul, you might get some useful extra limbs.
Asghaad Okay how about we add "Can't be sacrificed, exiled or cloned." And "The Professor's base power and toughness will always be 0/1." Let's also say his mana cost will be one blue and one mana of any color.

Sorin, the dragon planeswalkers are waaaaaay older than you man.
In the game AND in the lore. Nicol Bolas has been around since Legends/for aeons.
The Official info on Sorin states that he is older than all the Other combined, with the exception of Bolas. So he is apperently way older than Ugin.
And Karn is also older than Sorin, but he is man made and has Urza's spark,so I don't know if the golem can be compared to the vampire.
+Tappingplayer Actually Sorin's info hasn't been updated since ugins release. ugin developed his magic after watching countless planes be born and countless planes Die for that to happen I'm assuming he's a lot older than Sorin maybe even Nicol Bolas but they haven't said yet just that he's ancient.
Yeeah, Ugin and Bolas are hands down the oldest walkers. I mean, one is the spirit of the dragons so he must be linked in some way to the creation of dragons, while the other is the last of the elder dragons aka the first dragons to be born

no, Wizards even stated that the ugin is not as old as Bolas. He's about 5k-10k year's younger.

A piece of advice: when we look over Sorin's shoulder you move a lot, but when we are looking over yours you are perfectly still. Same for the other way around. Maybe move just a little more when we look over your shoulder? Otherwise this was great!

Aw, Sorin didn't kill you in this one. I guess the different swathe of myriad deaths won't be coming. Was there a particular reason why you're not sticking with death punchline, or did you just not like the idea of it anymore?

+Tedurbin202 Also Sorin is one of the more moral black planeswalkers (which is why he went from black to black/white) so it would make sense that he wouldn't kill the good professor.

While I will agree that Sorin is usually more on the moral high ground when it comes to typical morals, he has still killed many others, even those who pose no actual threat to him.
As a side note, color does not automatically dictate whether or not someone is capable of murder and/or moral principles. Ever read the Kamigawa books or the original Ravnica books? The main antagonists of those stories were both white (grand arbiter Augustin was also blue) and they condoned murder and also committed murder themselves.

It's been 3 years since this video was uploaded and yet it's still so true. When will we ever see Sorin do something cool again? Core set 2020 brought us Sorin, Imperious Edgelord. And War had Vegeful Edgelord. But will he ever do anything like he did before?
Sorin will only stop being an edgelord when they get to the part of the story where he and Nahiri go through couples counseling
