Bacon Twists:
10 slices of bacon
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Ground mustard
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
A dash of cayenne pepper
Combine everything well and rub on both sides of bacon. Twist bacon pretty tightly and lay on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until they reach desired crispiness.

2 packets of acai
1 frozen banana
half a cup strawberries
4 oz. apple juice
and then I add a healthy drizzle of honey yet!

Megan, I just wanted to let you know you encourage me so much as a mom. ♥️ My kids are 4 and 1. Sometimes, with the hustle and bustle of life and with how hyper my four-year-old gets, it is really stressful some days. I feel like my energy is being absolutely zapped out of me all day long. Then, once my husband and I get the kids to bed, the house looks like a bomb went off and I have found myself feeling frustrated and resentful lately whereas I used to just do a 45 minute cleanup before I went to bed. I know that I need to get back into doing that and also to surround myself with positive influences, including listening to your videos sometimes throughout the day instead of my true crime podcasts. 😬 Your videos are so encouraging.
One way to help with that zapped out feeling is teach your 4 year old (especially and the 1 year will follow ) to clean up after themselves - especially toys . Team work makes the dream work and it teaches them responsibility, work ethic and that fairies don’t come and make a clean house :)

Josh did an awesome job on the table.
My husband built a table for me and put the "wide piece" on the end. It's called a bread crumb. Anyway, apparently it's REALLY challenging to do that instead of just long planks. The tension on the wood is totally different, had to use an expensive tool, etc. Josh was probably smart to not add the breadcrumb.

I just love you guys. I started scrolling through comments before I got to the table reveal and got nervous you weren't appreciative of Josh. Can I just say, I'm not sure what all the griping is about. You oogled his craftsmanship and told your kids how talented he is. Maybe the complainers wanted to see you jump in his arms or something, lol.

We shop at the ephrata sharp shopper all the time …. at least three times a month. And I love their bagged items, such as wheat flour, coconut, etc. prices are good too. The table is gorgeous. Absolutely love it. You will get so much use out of the size as your children grow and with a large extended family. Much happiness.
