Based on other videos I’ve watched showing Stephen play live, I suspect there would have been no monitor mix that would have pleased him. He just comes off as a bitter old cuss…and I just don’t get it.
@@patm5086 - Sorry to hear about your experience! The guy is a living legend. He’s written some of the best songs and/or participated in making some of the best music ever made on the planet. He should be loving life and spreading that love to the masses. Like I stated before…I just don’t get it!

What’s not excusable (to me anyway) is taking your frustrations out on other people who are doing their very best to serve your needs. I understand that in this particular video, perhaps the stage help could have been lazy, inept…etc., but I’ve seen him act that way in other videos. And “Pat M” commented (above) about his personal experience working with Stephen Stills. It seems to be a pattern and I think it’s really a shame!

Well done to the tech crew for putting the mix straight to the house without the tricks. Rehearsals for the show have been going on for a week so technical run through was dialed in so no excuses there. Stephen Stills better NOT start blaming the crew at the back for this shit here. If this is his last performance you certainly do NOT wan't this mess here to be remembered in anyway shape or form ...G...
I hear you. Stephen’s voice is just not the same. Neil seems pretty much the same, never musical, always unique. Some nice guitar playing, but they have both done so many amazing things with the guitar these songs were an easy lift for them. Overall, happy to see it but super glad I did not spend the multiple thousands it would have taken for me to get there.
Some guys don’t know great music when it slaps them in the face. Otherwise they wouldn’t bother commenting here. As is, it’s like one idiot trying to hang on to one brain cell.

Stills is losing his hearing,read up on it, Is i'm sure it causes him some Frustration and definitely affects his voice.
