***** You misunderstood. It was meant to be a sarcastic comment as most modern sports cars these days all come with automatics & DCTs as standard with no manual even as an option.
A manual Aston Martin!! It's nice to see that Aston Martin still caters to driving enthusiast, who want a car with character and not just those who want to go,"fast."
Could someone explain why the number of cylinder's change the sound that's produced? For example why V8's have a deep growl and V10's have that distinctive pitch and so on? I love cars but don't have much knowledge with the mechanical aspect of them..
I can speculate and say the displacement and rev limiter matters more than the number of cylinders for sound. A Porsche 918 has a V8 and revs to 9000 rpm. This high-revving engine sounds similar to the Porsche Carrera GT's high-pitched V10. While a V10 viper might redline at 5.4-6k (guessing) but has huge displacement. In performance cars, there's probably a correlation between the lower the cylinder amount, the bigger the displacement (and therefore a deep growl), and the higher the cylinder count, the lower the displacement (and thus the high pitch sound). This is just a guess. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong please.
I would never need a sound system in my car if it sounded like this. Please cover nearby children's ears because this is ear porn. I so want to actually drive a Aston Martin vantage before I die.
Are you seriously mad that they still offer a manual gearbox? Sorry, not everyone wants their 0-60 time .1 seconds less. Some people want to enjoy every aspect of the car, not have the car do everything for them.
Aston Martin is my top 5 car manufacturers. People are shocked when I tell them I’d take damn near any Aston Martin over any car they can think of. I’ll always say v8 db9 or vanquish. I’m sorry but they just don’t make better cars in my opinion. Looks and sound. Plus Aston martins are NO PUSHOVERS.
JATR1X that colour scheme is a homage to the classic aston martin racing colours (racing green with yellow accents) which is what the vantage gt is celebrating
Glorious sounding V8 and...omg a stick shift on a modern sports car.

This is the best channel ever
Lambo is Lambo, Ferrari is Ferrari but man how good does this Aston Martin V8 sound???? Sound wise I definitely prefer this one to Italian V8-s....
Finally, another manual video!
The calm before the storm.
Is the manual new for the 2015 model? So awesome.
I want to send Aston a thank you letter for not putting any button on the steering wheel :D

Can you please make a review of the range rover autobiography 2014??
I thought they got rid of the manuals for the vantage? Who cares It has one so im happy :D
***** That's just the V12
+xBlackRaiderx Thats the vanquish.
How comes you don't rev match on downshifts? No hate, love your vids regardless
Winding Road has a few different drivers and some of their drivers rev match and some of them don't. The guys who do rev match are usually on point.👌
You should test drive a ae86 through this mountain pass
you shift to0 early man let the engin roar!!!!!
vantage gt looks horrible inside/outside imo but your video made me think the sound alone is just enough to persuade people to buy this car
you should test drive the new chevy colorado
Till the first 50sec there is some strange noise everytime you upshift
What is that?
Cold engine?
0:08 clearly hasnt opened the door before?
Were r the paddle shifters
It's a manual......
U SHOULD DRIVE 2015 NISSAN ALTIMA THAT WILL BE GREAT
I would never need a sound system in my car if it sounded like this. Please cover nearby children's ears because this is ear porn. I so want to actually drive a Aston Martin vantage before I die.
Dear WRM. Can you tell me what kind of camera action I should use to make a good movie during trackday?
i prefer inline 4s with 80hp
Finally someone who shares the same opinion !!!
Ae86
I prefer a 2 cylinders 0.8L with 35HP
I like an I5 with about 160hp.
manual gearbox? aww yisss m8
An Aston Martin that sounds like an American musclecar??/ What's this??? I love it but it's..... weird...
why the fuck is there a gear shifter in 2015
Are you seriously mad that they still offer a manual gearbox? Sorry, not everyone wants their 0-60 time .1 seconds less. Some people want to enjoy every aspect of the car, not have the car do everything for them.
It's a manual gear Box because it's a GT
why would you want paddles anyway? stick to automatic you random
Because not everyone is boring in 2015

Please shift the car...
