    Its interesting that most of the toxic foods that are mentioned toward the end,like nuts, were soaked or fermented in the old days. I doubt they knew this removes most of the plant toxins or added nutrition to low nutrient foods and added healthy gut enzymes, but they must have noticed that doing these things made some of them more digestible and satiating. 🤔

    Hi, just stumbled across this! Lots of great info. I started carnivore 30 days ago and planned to only do it for 30 days but I feel so much better I have decided to stay with it. I have celiac disease so all of the gluten free food I was consuming was making me feel bad and gaining weight. I’ve been buying the best grass fed beef that I can find and I have to say that beef that isn’t corn fed is so tough and dry. Some of it cannot be chewed enough to swallow it, so I want to know what is the problem with eating beef that has something to eat besides grass? Thanks

    French bread is white wheat which has less gluten which is meant by the plant to attack the digestive track. Also no round up herbicide on the wheat in France. Also the way bread is fermented baked and cooled all make it easier to digest.

    Also, plant only, isn't actually beneficial for the earth itself. The soil microbiome needs the animals grazing on it. The whole plant base to do no harm thing really bothers me because there are numerous videos and studies to show you how plants have feelings, connections and energy.. so to say you are plant base to do no harm is a lie people tell themselves.
    Different species eat different food plant or carnivore it's that simple, they do not decide to swap to the other because it's instinctively wrong, like a lion eating sale, or slug eating a big old steak.. yes they might consume the opposite for a mineral or vitamin they need but they don't not go herbivore or carnivore. Humans are so confused because they have so many lies, ideology, and fake science rammed down their throats constantly.
    Carnivore has changed my life and my health but wrapping me head around it being ok was hard.. my body 100% new it was ok and thrived and healed. So many benefits.

    When you say sulfur is that the same as being allergic to sulfa in medication. I broke out in hives with medication that had sulfa in it. Is that the same or two different things?

    • @hollyfisher8811
      @hollyfisher8811 3 роки тому

      I am highly allergic to Sulfa-based antibiotics and had a severe reaction to one years ago, including high fever, all over rash, hallucinations, muscle weakness, you name it🤒:(
      Even Sulfites in wine, eggs, or other food items bother me greatly so I must watch food labels carefully in order to try and fully avoid Preservatives...
      I have noticed that even with other OTC meds or something the Doc prescribed, ANYthing containing Sulfa or Sulfites cause me to react negatively with flushing, nausea, shortness-of-breath😓...
      Not exactly sure if this helps!!

    • @leemanwrong

      Of course you can, just look up Kelly Hogan she has been through 3 successful pregnancies eating carnivore and is raising those 3 kids carnivore and they are thriving.

    • @ClaireSutton7
      @ClaireSutton7 3 роки тому

      Kelly Hogan's says her children eat some low carb veggies and fruits but mainly meat, fat, and eggs so probably in the keto end of LCHF. That said, keto and carnivore are part of the proper human diet spectrum so are safe to eat for all humans including children. Dairy contributes to acne in some people, so worth a dairy free trial at some point perhaps if the acne does not improve with a wider variety of animal foods.

      Kait thank you for sharing this information. I'm still learning but I understand that too much sugar or glucose in the body is causing a great pandemic of liver failures all over huh? The poor liver is overworked and not really appreciated by all! :( This is my 2021 resolution to heal my liver and get it working again without medicines but by natural means eating healthy organic foods and meats and exercise. :) Cheers for a healthy 2021 too all!

      About 40 years ago, normal cholesterol was actually up to 300 lol
      Cholesterol does not inherently cause any harm unless glycated
      Glucose actually won't cause much liver problems, fructose, alcohol, and seed oils will
