The most important word to all human beings in every language is their name. Every day at work I do my best to remember the customer's name. It is the most beautiful sound to their ears. I don't have to do any sales tricks, or do anything underhanded like a lot of people do to make sales. Just sincere respect of the customers with honesty is all that is necessary.

The irony of that Russell's dad thought/perceived he was stupid (if it is true) established by our cultures expectations is pretty brutal actually. Personally I believe you have to be very intelligent to do comedy well, you have to be on your game big time, and handle all the pressure as too. Then there is also the value of making someone laugh in this world, depending on how horrible you life is going and how much value a rare good time for some balance. #Respect
