If anyone can pray for me- i will be grateful. I am so sensitive of how my words and reactions make others feel or hurt that I feel pain, sadness on their behalf sometimes even when others didn’t even feel it at all. This has made me unable to have hard or truthful conversations- i am afraid of hurting others., ruminate on every point spoken later and then I apologize for right as well as wrong stuff and i give explanations of every reaction i had and why. My life has become extremely difficult and I fear others abandoning me, them feeling small because of me even if they deserved it and even if i said it gently I feel bad. Also I think i feel so bad and apologize as i dont wany others to hurt me so I am too cautious of how I treat others. Its become a trap for me and is giving me distress and mental unrest- I am in tears. Please prayers for me and for peace. May God bless you all.

my friend wanted a non muslim to say chahada but the non muslim doesn't understand english and deosnt knew that what my friend is telling him to say is chahada so its like if hes tricking him into saying it so i told him to stop am i sinfull for stoping him ?

No I think you did the right thing. No one should be tricked into Islam. The name non Muslim should only say the shahada with full understanding
