I have suffered from manic depression since I was a teenager. After my divorce many years ago, I became more depressed than anything and have never found real pleasure in anything since. I am a revert of about a year and half. I have found more help in Islam than anywhere else. Allahu Akhbar. It gives me hope, and the lifestyle does not allow you to have time to think of your troubles. If you make your salat, read Quran, listen to things like Mufti Menk, it builds up your inner core, and gives you hope. There is always hope.....how you feel and live should never be based on circumstances. Those change minute to minute. Our hope is in Allah.....

I am a Christian. However; I absolutely LOVE hearing the Dua Prayer and the teachings because they are similar in nature. The Bible says Iron sharpens and iron and this really does it for me. Lost my mother a month back. Now it feels like I lost all the colors of my life. Just 17 years old, I feel I am not a teenager anymore after this great loss. Parents are truly a blessing for us all. Never take them for granted.

I am a reborn Islam for Allah and to my husband. I suffered from Post partum depression lately normally experienced to those women after giving birth, it last for a month and I noticed I am already in lost control with myself affecting my daughter, I told myself "This is not good anymore." I talked with my husband that night of what I am experiencing then in the next day accidentally I download a qur-an in my phone and started to hear mufti menk reminders video before I go to sleep or during my leisure time. SubhanAllah!! All praise to allah, back then Alhamdulillah I am feeling better right now and my relationship with my daughter and to my husband is getting better now. Allahuakbar!!☺

Assalamu alikum. That story is very close to me. My wife who converted just before we married by her choice. But she fell away from Islam. 2 months after birth she distant herself Islam and me and now has turned into the complete opposite person. And no longer sees the peace in Islam. Baby is just over 5 months and she has only grown more distant from me. Pray for her, I’m fighting depression and these videos help. When I met her I prayed for us. And now I pray for her again. I use these video to remind that all things happen thru ALLAH (Swt).

Hi. Allah is the creator of the heavens and the earth. He is the lord. The master. The owner. The creator. The sustainer. The everliving. The king. The almighty. He is one. He is eternal. He was neither begotten nor begets. And there is nothing like unto him. He created us to worship him alone without associating partners with him. Strict pure monotheism. And he sent prophets and messengers starting with Adam all the way to the last and final prophet which is Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon them both). And there prophets in between like Noah and Moses and Jesus and so many others (peace and blessings be upon them all). They all came with the same message to worship Allah alone. You only pray and supplicate and invoke Allah. There is no intermediary between you and Allah. He is the all hearing the all seeing the all knowing. Allah knows what is in the darkness of belly of the whale in the darkness of ocean in the darkness of night. Nothing escapes Allah. When you call upon him he hears. And he knows. You have a direct relationship with Allah without having to go through anyone. And whoever believes in Allah and worships him and believes in the religion he approved for us which is Islam and the final prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) then Allah will place them into paradise. Allah describes paradise in the Quran. No eye has ever seen, no ear has ever heard, no mind has ever imagined. It's something that is not even imaginable.

I love Allah for testing me. I am going through a difficult time in my life. My mother had a heart attack last weekend and had to go into the hospital to have stints put in. I had been grieving and worried sick all week, but I have been turning to Allah the Almighty in prayer, and I am content of heart to know without a doubt that my beautiful mother is in the hands of God. +Zrinime B. just an opinion, but thinking about allah does not take away bad feelings, neither does relentlessly praying/begging to allah make them leave.. we make it leave, now I know someone's gonna say allah gives us the strength too, but honestly.. people are so blinded by this divine deitie that we don't question whether he did it or whether it was us.. whether we dug deep and fought it.. whether we took the pain and suffering and stood up past all the bad stuff. I was born into a muslim family and lost my faith when tough times came and I turned to allah like we were all taught but things just got worser and worser.. but when i stopped believing and finally stood up as an individual not associated with Allah or any religion things got better. isn't it a coincidence that when i lost faith things got better? 😟

I am in super severe depression due to bad financial decision mistake that lead me my wife n kids in jeopardy.. Im in suicidal moments daily.. this video enlighten me.. i need to survive and i must hold on till ease comes.. i am so deeply in guilt that made me clueless on what to do next.. i can only hope Allah can help.. my wife and kids needs to survive and im responsible.. 😩

Insha Alkah Allah protect you and your family. I too have been going through financial struggle and it not getting better yet. I can understand your pain but remember suicide is wrong it is very haram. Listen to Ayat AL Kursi as many tine as you can everyday.

This indicates that there is a supreme being greater than Jesus. Jesus cannot be GOD, as Revelation 1:8 describes GOD as the Alpha Omega without beginning or end.
The literal translation of ALLAH means GOD in Arabic. And if you cross compared your Bible with the Quran you would know that Jesus is also highly respected and regarded.
Salvation is based on your link with your creator and the daily acts of worship, not solely on one man or one prophet. On the day of judgement, there will be no intercessor, it’s just you & GOD. Peace be upon you brother

Everyday we just go on our life but I just realised how grateful I am to be a Muslim I kept asking why am I sad why and I realised I'm building my connection with Allah please brothers and sisters think of your almighty creator he deserves more than what we give.

My sadness is being away from my ppl for years and feeling stock in this country! I pray that Allah remove these burdens from my life very soon in sha Allah! Start with the fard prayers. Remember the last words of the Prophet Pbuh was " hold onto your salah"- fight shaitaan and release yourself from his shackles. Pray because u must be thankful to Allah for the life u have.

I feel depressed and sad everyday, I'm envious of so many people and wish I could be like them and I've lost a really close friends and i feel like I have no one. I feel so worthless.
I'm not a religious nut, but I can promise you things always get better. What your feeling now is temporary pain, kinda like period pain 😅 and trust me, popularity is just a temporary thing, no one stays on top for long, one day things will get better, I promise you that. Keep your chin up and smile no matter how much it hurts inside, remember people who can take the pain and keep moving forward are winners, no one gets anywhere without hard work and effort 😀 cheer up.
