- Whilst carrying out an EICR that the installation was only 10 years old, we came across a neutral to earth fat whilst carrying out an insulation resistance test.

Total luck to be fair... could of been anywhere. It was relatively close to the loft hatch as well.
Great video, so I assume you cut out the piece with the nail in it and then the white flex joined the two wago boxes together?
The white flex was actually twin and earth.. all we had.. was a nightmare where it was..
Don't forget to carry out an insulation resistance test with the circuit earth connected in the main earth bar and put one your test leads on the main earth bar ..
Did you cable tie the box's and secure them to a joist?
Extremely awkward access restricted us from fixing anything, the cable was deep in the eves. We were lucky we could even carry out the repair.
