The instructions say to open the hood, connect the power plug in and turn on the power switch on the dashboard then power up. I don't see any power button or dashboard under the hood where the battery is. How can I tell if the battery is charging and when it's fully charged? The video only shows connecting the power plug in. Any additional information would be appreciated.
