What a wonderful collection of historical finds from the Pacific and elsewhere in the world! Noni has such a love of learning about her many different types of finds and the history behind them. She also has a very creative, curious and knowledgeable mind. As they say, “ One man’s trash is another man’s treasure! “. #SAVINGHISTORY
Noni -- thank you for sharing your treasures. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness as to the items you retrieve. I see them each with a story and a connection to the broader community. If only each piece could share it's journey. Bless you as you continue to find the value in what most would bypass.
I could have watched hours of video looking at her lovely collection. I think that's why I love beachcombing so much, everyone is looking for something different. Thank you for a great video!
I love your collection! So many different items all displayed in organized groups. I'm a collector as well. I think you have a more interesting collection then me. Will enjoy seeing your videos!
Well, you are kind of lucky that you don't because as fun as it is, Hawai'i also gets many toxic things washing in on our beaches which damage our waters, shorelines and marine life.
Just watched your video on the seapottery I just shared my collection of coloured patterned seapottery was delighted to notice you also have the piece with the 2 birds flying. I love the really worn pieces but nice designs still on it's all fascinating to me :)
Yes I love the flying birds, too. They are so uplifting! They come from an transferware pattern which is one of the most popular patterns ever produced. It is known as Willoware. Google it and you’ll see many samples of it as they’ve been making this pattern for a couple of centuries now.
Love you gorgeous fossicking ladies. Would just love to visit your home of treasures. Also, I would love to purchase one of your crochet fishing balls. How do I do this.
