- In "Snakes on a Plane" Sean is the only witness to a serious crime committed in Hawaii by a notorious mob boss. In order to send him to jail, FBI agent Neville Flynn convinces Sean to testify against him. However, the man is being prosecuted in Los Angeles... so Neville and Sean must take a flight to LA to give the testimony. Unfortunately the gangsters have planted a package full of venomous snakes in the back of the plane. Shortly after takeoff all the passengers must fight off the snakes and survive until they land. In this video we'll take a look at how to beat this deadly situation and survive until the end.

I cannot hate Snakes On A Plane.
It delivers exactly what it promises to deliver.
It's also cheesy and takes itself just the right amount of serious-but-not to work.
I like how he calls everyone that gets bit by a snake "the infected"
Whenever someone got bitten my first reaction was, "alright, gotta kill him." Then I realized it isn't that kind of "infected."

cuz its a venomous snake? infected by the venom

One solution that I would use is exploit the fact that Snakes are Cold Blooded animals, they become very lethargic and more placid without an external source of heat. As such I would immediately go to whatever climate control the plane has and turn it down to the lowest possible Temperature.
While it might not be able to completely deal with the Snakes it would certainly make them a lot less active and simpler to deal with. Hell depending on how cold you can make it the snakes might even die of the cold.
Lol absolute fact. Literaly just chill the plane and every one turn on their vents full blast. Would’ve stopped the snakes and forced them to retreat to the engine or cargo holds for much more heat. Also have everyone spread out under the so vents so the snakes simply do not approach you.
Sitting absolutely still will probably also be fine. Even an agitated snake is unlikely to bite you if you present as a statue.
Which is funny as they were in baggage area I think. Which is rather cold so they should be sleeping.
What plane are y'all on cause the planes I go on already have the temperature at -25 degrees

I love watching these “how to beat” videos. They also point out funny dumb aspects in the movie scripts😂

Nah I'm going to have to disagree with you there. The best line in the movie is "Enough is enough! I have had it with these monkey fighting snakes on this Monday through Friday plane!"

To be fair, the businessman just threw a live dog to the snakes as a distraction - so you couldn't expect many people to be willing save him, when he was the one buying everyone else time by being eaten alive himself.
Exactly, even though I know it's fake it's still horrible because of the poor dog
TIL: the best way to stop a snake from biting me is to bite it first.
@marshal_amiibo Only a nobel?
Don’t they pose a salmonella risk by making oral contact to the outside uncooked though? 😭
Fun Fact: In the movie, at the part where the steward throws the snake into the microwave, he hits a preset on the microwave labeled 'snake' XD Just a fun little tid bit :)
It's surprising that with all that aggression, the snakes didn't kill each other.
This movie is basically unwatchable for anyone who knows anything about real snakes
@Gremblo it gets pretty much everything wrong about them, the biggest being that snakes are terrified of basically everything bigger than them and would hide from humans. They only bite when threatened. Also, a lot of the species shown are completely harmless in real life. The python scene is probably the worst. While a large python is capable of killing a human, it probably couldn’t eat a grown man, at least not without dying. Either way, it wouldn’t even try in this case because in an environment like that, with tons of light, movement, commotion, and general chaos, food would be the last thing on its mind (it’s hard enough for me to get my python to eat in a safe dark environment). The movie is by no means meant to be realistic, but snakes are some of the biggest cowards in the animal kingdom, and it portrays them like Michael Myers. It just annoys those of us who spend a lot of time around real snakes
@@nittanyburg20 If it helps the movie mentions the snakes are drugged to act that way.
@@nittanyburg20 There s an educated man, well said!
i mean yeah very true, if you have a extensive knowledge on snakes......ehhhhh it can be unwatchable
Yeah, i know a lot about snakes (i have autism and my «thing» is that When i’m intrested in Something i’m way to interested lol) and it gets almost everything wrong from how the Python would eat a human (that it would not 99% off the time) to using non vennomous snakes an all off that, But i like the movie if i just turn off my snake nerd brain.
i simply would just not attend any means of aerial transport that contains this many reptiles, i would simply refuse
This was a really fun idea. I like that you don't try to hammer home the totally illogical parts. Movies gotta movie. But its really fun to break down the scenes and see where something else could of happened.
Snakes on a Plane is one of those movies you can't help but love because it's so cheesy and dumb that it just works
Bruh nobody talking about how he say he knew how to control a plane ✈️ by a game 🤣
Snakes on the plane is my favorite movie! ✈️🐍
Nice 👌
Best way to beat it: just sit absolutely still. The snakes may be artificially be agitated but they're more likely to attack each other than you if you present as a statue.
So everyone dies of suffocation instead because "absolutely still" means not breathing.
Snakes can't kill you if you already killed yourself?
Wow I clicked so fast glad to see you're still doing videos like these
That Behemoth of a snake at around 13:59 is a green anaconda, which suggests that at least some of the local snakes are in fact not venomous (since, well, they aren't). Also, there's a good dozen snakes who eat mainly other snakes, not sure if that's very helpful in this situation tho.
Oh. I think it turns into some sort of python in the scene where it actually eats someone.
Nevermind, the lighting tricked me, it's a python from the start, I think. Probably a burmese or rock python, given the pattern and size.
I'm not 100% sure but at 6:49 I don't think that that snake was poisonous. Poor little baby died for no reason. R.I.P to the little guy. I love snakes there so cute🐍🐍
"When red touches black, you're ok jack. When red touches yellow, you're a dead fellow."
@@richardlafleur2864 We had a similar version that goes “red and black, friend of Jack. Red and yellow, kill a fellow”
Ironically remembering the order can be tricky 😂 Also similar (edit: I fucked up spelling similar) the bear version: “If it’s black, fight back. If it’s brown, lie down. If it’s white, get out of sight.”
This movie is gonna be a classic in the future, it has so many shenanigans.
My mom and dad saw this movie once. They said it was, and I quote:
“The most ridiculous airplane movie they’ve ever seen.”
And once I saw it for myself (I am not THAT scared of snakes) I whole-heartedly agree with them.
Your content is so so entertaining, keep it up mate ☺️
Considering the businessman was an unpleasant bastard and threw a dog at the snake that killed him, his end had a good deal of instant karma.
Wouldn't call it instant😂
There are antivenoms that work for multiple snake species, I think I even heard of 'general antivenom'. Knowing what snake bit you is crucial but not be all end all.

2:03 so I think it's explained in the movie, but I think Nevill had arranged for a private plane for them to use as a decoy, but I guess that didn't work anyway so what was the point?

So they bribe a few workers and instead of planting a bomb or something that would definitely kill them, they decide to go with freaking snakes? Deeeeaddlly snaaakes...
thinking about it, the police took sniffing dogs on the plane, probably looking for bombs, Snakes are technically natural creatures so not something the specially trained dogs would be trained to react to. hiding something natural in a cage surrounded by what looks like general shipped items makes a lot of sense if one thinks about what leads to being an effective dangerous group leader taking care of business. Remember they never got Al Capone on any charges related to actual crimes and ended up catching him through tax evasion because of how well he took care of business. The only problem that comes with the idea used is actually managing to make sure the job gets finished as once the plane leaves the ground there was no way to introduce more controllable factors.

2:40 lol I like the "you know" part
In First Aid, you require compression. Wrapping around the area and work your way up and down the limb applying pressure. Not a tourniquet (complete blood cut-off circulation), but a wrap that slows the blood flow.
But wait these 300 IQ flight attendants I’m so dead lmao the way you said that 😂
Simply learn the Jedi ways from Master FBI Agent.
The black mamba doesn’t have the fastest acting venom it’s the inland taipan which can kill you in 10 mintues
This movie is for me. I love snakes so I got to watch this.
We all love Samuel Jackson’s role in this 😂 Love snakes too 🥰
Not only can you often (not always) tell a venomous snake via its pupil and lower underbelly scales, but these are obviously unrealistically behaved so… just do a Shrek and tie it into a fuckin balloon 😂
He makes it seem like the movie being funny is intentional, but the funniest part is that the movie was intended as a totally serious action movie
3:26
It depends if we are talking about venom to humans or just venom
The black mambas venom is the most potent to to humans however the inland taipan has the deadliest venom of all snakes but isn’t that potent to humans
If you knew this was going to happen then it would be possible. Since no one noticed, defeats the purpose!
The fact you remember the word for tourniquet but not the word tie.. even though it’s literally the same word as the action made is hilarious
4:27 Bushworld Adventures reference where Morty gets his painis bitten by a snake while peeing behind a tree
Those flight attendants make my snake want to bite
Good episode, but the absolute easiest way to beat the movie is just lower the cabbins temperature. All the cold blooded snakes would hibernate.

this is the most stupid film i have ever seen, but the best reaction video (excuse my english, i am czech)
About trying to cut blood flow: as it was said venom is aroud his body already so it's useless. Additionally cutting blood flow using tourniquet is generally rare thing to do. As far as I've found out when I was writing my thesis it's mainly on the battlefield and in similar situations, where there's rally severe bleeding from artery like after loosing limb. It's because in such situation blood loss may kill you fast. If you do it improper way it may increase bleeding. If you do it proper way but for too long it may cause amputation or death.
Also: if you use it note time and don't take it off by yourself, you need doctor for that.
Lets.....fucking.....GOOOOOOOOOO! I LIVE FOR THESE VIDEEEOOOSS!!

I have heared about the movie and if I were into Horror movies I would have looked it because I do like snakes a lot :3
that being said, I don't remember that I heared about a snake with rows of teath at their upper and lower jaw like the giant "Anaconda" I guess at 14:22

Guy in the Bathroom: Shhh!
I seriously wonder why you think being killed by a Black Mamba means you'll be perfectly fine for 20 minutes to warn everyone until you suddenly drop down dead. Most regular people would be unable to move after a couple of seconds.
Easiest way to immediately beat the snakes ? Turn the planes CGI off. BOOM. All of them GONE.
Wouldn't the fbi have private jets? Why are there stairs? How did he bring a gun onto a plane????
Generally:
1. Private jet -> no movie plot.
2. Because Boeing 747 has two decks.
3. Because he is (on-duty) federal agent. Armed federal law enforcement officers are allowed to be armed on-duty and also off-duty, even while flying inside the US. State and local law enforcement officers are generally allowed flying armed only while on-duty. After 9/11 the fbi almost directed agents to "be armed all the time". (In tv show Quantico there is one episode about that named "Kobyashi maru" I guess)
First comment!!!! (Internet Explorer finally loaded!)
I love how we never get to see if the guy was sent to prison which was the whole point of him being on the plane lmao
