- In "Countdown" a nurse named Quinn downloads an App that can allegedly tell her when she's going to die. After finding out that the app is real and she has only 2 days left to live, she must find a way to beat the curse and survive the app. In this video we'll look at what happens in the movie and how to keep everyone alive.

The app probably installs as a smaller package and then updates further, kind of like how COD mobile downloads extra packages afterwards. Also, you can download the countdown app from the play store, you can change your death date by changing the time on your phone. Or you can get a new death date by clearing the app's data.

Idk, I'm quite stingy when it comes to my storage. If it's over like a few GB I refuse to download it, depending on what it is. Even though my old phone had 240 gb of storage..

If you think somebody is following you, go to a public place or anywhere besides your own house. If the follower knows where you live, they can do whatever they planned to do whenever you want.

It doesn't kill anyone unless they break the ToS. It just tells someone when they're supposed to die. Unless you're supposed to die in the near future you probably won't break the ToS because you won't be paranoid enough to consider it legit.

After seeing Matt be lured away from the circle, Quinn and Jordan could have had the priest restrain them to either a chair or another object inside the circle, making them unable to leave the circle even if they wanted to.

That holy circle thingy: just make loads of them. Make the circles in a circle with a single gap, then make a circle in the middle of that circle, then if it comes in just rugby tackle it into one of the outer circles and kill it.

Hang on... surely it's incredibly easy to beat this, even on your own, once you know about the salt circle!
Use the time you have on the countdown to prepare the circle, with a metal eyelet fitting in the middle of the circle bolted to the floor and a small time-lockable box. (probably best to bolt the box to the floor as well).
Live normally, making fun of / chilling with the demon vison when it can't hurt you (as it's not your time).
Once you're close to the end of the countdown, just go into your salt circle, handcuff yourself to the eyelet fitting in the center, and seal the key in the time-locked box, with the timer set to open just after your countdown finishes.
No matter how the demon attempts to distract you, you can't leave the circle because of the handcuff. You can't be tricked into throwing away your key because it's sealed in a box that you bolted to the floor. The demon cannot enter the circle because of the blessed salt.
You are now safe, and can have nice friendly chats with demon until the time is up, at which point the time-locked box opens, you unlock yourself with the key, safely leave your circle and live happily ever after.

What if the accounts for a smaller storage size? Being a supernatural app, that is always possible, especially with this type of entity. i have an idea. when the man from the store increased quinn’s and matt’s countdown times, it took a while to correct itself to the actual time. so what if he decreased the times so that they only have a few seconds left. the time would run out and they would technically survive longer than they were supposed to, thus beating the demon.

How to beat Countdown? Well, increase your vocabulary and remember to write out a 75 times table for reference, those always help

The ending to that movie was stupid.
The demon was asked Truth or Dare, and it said: 'Truth.'
It was asked: 'How do we beat this game?'
And it responded: 'You can't.'
But what if 2 players had previously picked Truth? The the Demon would be required to pick Dare, and I would dare it to end the game.
If the demon truly Can't end the game, it wouldn't be able to complete the dare and would have to die, thus ending the game.
So it Lied when it said we couldn't end the game, and thus has to die, ending the game.

There is a Possibility to that happening, therefore making the demon's statement that they: 'can't,' a lie

This wouldn’t have been possible if the girl had chosen truth therefore there wasn’t a way to force the demon to choose dare

My friends and I still joke about “Countdown to Skinny”, the weight loss app at the start. Also, when the guy’s brother comes to taunt him, there’s this really weird foot-snapping scene. Very funny because humor is my only coping method and I’m terrified of scary movies.

An interesting thought I just had..@12:20 when the cell phone guy hacks the app and we determine it takes a few hours for the app to update and correct itself, you could infect the app with malware then drop in a logic bomb that is set to return the time to 95 years and the malware would kick Everytime the app resets it's self. It would be an infinite stalemate
