Porsche 944 unwanted sunroof opens as vehicle being driven ? Remove left rear quarter panel cover in the trunk , that is the location of the sunroof mechanism , there is two micro switches next to each other , the two 6 mm screws will come loose and the sunroof will open without pushing the button as vehicle being driven ,Retighten the screws should solve the problem that is of course if the micro switches are in good shape operating correctly , sometimes the nuts will just simply fall off .
