- Steve and Anita are back in Mallorca after being in the UK for six weeks!
We flew from Bristol airport and this video catalogues our journey through the airport, onto the Ryanair flight and arriving in Palma.

Hope you enjoyed your UK family holiday, you certainly had a bit of decent weather. If you go to Palmanova could you say hello to the large lavender bush by the taxi drop-off for me? I could never resist running my hand through it as I walked along, it smelt lovely. Cheers.

Dear Steve I am trying to learn Spanish. You speak so fluently. I hope one day to live in Spain. Any tips where I can learn Spanish. I have been listening CDs. It’s not just the Spanish but the sentence construction too. Any tips welcome. I love you you tube videos.
My Spanish is far from fluent, but I get by. Try to listen to spoken Spanish. The national TV channel is TVE, you could watch their news channel. www.rtve.es/play/videos/directo/la-1/

Thankyou Steve and Anita, for the enjoyable vids of your time in the UK,Loved this vlog as I love the airport experience never flown out of Bristol, as its not near where I live,We use Manchester, anyway Bristol airport is much larger than I expected. Did you arrive airport 2 hours before, or 3 hours like they saying now for short haul flights? As we flying to Lanzarote in 2 weeks, We flying into Palma next year, hope we don't have the long walk like you had? Enjoy the rest of the school holidays both of you 🌞
We were about 3 hours before the flight and had plenty of time. Palma airport is big so there is always a long walk I'm afraid.

The sun can be intense, so don't forget the suntan lotion and a hat. The local buses are good, if you want to explore. Alcudia and Pollensa are not too far away. If you are interested in birds, there is a big nature reserve at Albufera. Hope you enjoy your holiday.
