Finally suspicious after this happened a few times and no one was at the door, we followed her to the couch, climbed out and looked out the window with her, then started talking like, “whoa could it be?” Once she thought we were distracted, she eased off he couch and headed towards the kitchen where we finally quietly followed and caught her staring up at the meat on the counter in a pose of, “now how do I get to this?” 🤣😂 I love animals!! :)
I have a few stray dogs around my house. In winter, at night, they pull out dry clothes or towels from clothes line and sleep on them. If there are some cushions leaning on the wall, they would use their paws to let the cushion fall on the floor and then sleep on it. I have also seen a stray dog hiding a piece of roti (Indian bread) in a heap of sand. Clearly even stray dogs can be intelligent.

@Tushar Maurya I was waiting for him to close the toaster oven AND push the chair back. Maybe he's gangsta and doesn't give a fluff about being caught?
We had 2 beagles, Benny and Buddy. We used to put a chair against the fridge so that they wouldn't open it. Benny (the younger one) used to push the chair away and open the fridge. Once I had a pot with food. They were able to put it outside without without making a mess. They would eat sausages and whatever they wanted. Then when I would go back home I would be upset and ask them who had done it. Buddy would just lay down very relaxed while Benny would run upstairs. I wish I had filmed them. I miss them so much.
I wish all doggos lived longer with us. Memories are wonderful & dreams are when I get to see my 2 little doggos again. Thank you for sharing a great memory with us.
I had a Bengal cat who could get a full saute pan of chicken stir fry onto the floor, despite his tiny paws. He left a terrible mess! Day or so later he pulled back the mashed potato from a Shepherds pie I'd made, and was helping himself to the nicely cooked mince below!! And the worst??!! He never so much as twitched an ear when I caught him doing it! But these are memories we'll always have of our beloved pets ❤️♥️ 🐈❤️😊 🐕❤️
I thought the same thing. And that is what I don't like about cats. So I hope my beagle never figures out how to do things like this. She already finds enough things to do that she shouldn't!
My mom-in-law had a big cat that was strong enough to open the refrigerator. He would pull it open at night & help himself to whatever he wanted. She ended up duct taping the door shut every night before going to bed & did it for years.
i have a border collie and she learned to open a french door handle. if the door is unlocked she lets herself out to the back yard to pee, then comes back in and shuts the door. so yes, i believe dogs are more intelligent than we give them credit for.
olivia psalms 91 - Bears can also open those types of door handles! Wildlife officials suggest not using them on exterior doors, if you live in bear country.
Our Great Danes can open doors and drawers. They could let themselves outside but never learned to shut the door when they came back in. We had to change all the door handles to the round ones, they have teeth marks in them, but they can no longer open doors. They can still open up drawers and rummage around and pull stuff out. We have had to use rope to tie the ones that have dangerous stuff in them.
Can we just take a minute and admire this dog’s agility! The tile floor and countertop looks super glossy and sleek. But not once did she slipped or fall😱
I have a beagle too and know exactly how you feel. My dog got my nephew in trouble for eating the fried chicken on the table, hid in the bathroom, waited til everyone is calm and casually come into the living room like he didn't do anything wrong. The best part is, my dog gave me that look and I knew he did it. Beagle and their personalities.
This just made me realize how terrifying reasoning skills are. Eventually, something is going to figure out they can either work us, or eliminate us to get our stuff. But not on an animal level, but in a coordinated, systematic effort.
B. Glam My kids act like this too...-and my husband wonders why I don’t want a dog! We already have two kids (three if you count my husband), three cats, two fish, and a leopard gecko. The fish and the gecko are the neatest of the bunch, cleaning-wise. The cats come in second. As for my husband and kids...well, now you know why I hate housework with every fiber of my being by now!

This dog needs a job. 😂😂 When an animal can figure out how to get food from a toaster oven, then it is definitely time to start filling out applications.
I've seen this before and still amazed. I saw another one where the dog opened the drawers below the counter and used them as stairs to access the counter, then opened the upper cupboard and pulled out the dog treats. I saw on youtube a cow that opened its stall and then opened the barn door and took a walk, having watched how the farmer did it. I never think of a cow as being observant and able to copy and yet, by gosh, they do. Animals are becoming human and are wonderful to share the earth with.

Okay, this is too much for me to handle! Too Cute For Words. I got an American Eskimo pup, and she was 10 weeks old, and when I was at work, I'd come home to find her out of her crate and thought someone was coming into my home and letting her out. I set up a recording of her, and I saw how she was freeing herself from the crate, and as soon as I left the house, she started to unlatch the lock. I loved her so much, and I got her on Valentine's day in 1993, and she passed away in 2007, sadly from weed poisoning. *I'll never forget the day that changed my life forever with my precious baby Keesha. One of the saddest days in my life. *I experienced the same sorrow when my dog Keesha died as I did when I recently lost my beautiful sister, Cheryl. This may sound dumb for some people to understand, but for those who are animal lovers, as I am, my dog is like my child, and when my dog passes away, I mourn as I do for humans. The unconditional love that dogs give is overwhelming. *I can't imagine my life without a dog. I love all animals, especially dogs. *Please don't turn a blind eye to dogs being abused, "call PETA. *They'll investigate and take action right away, especially if you have a picture or a recording of the abused dog or any animal. I now see why beagles have been loved for centuries. What gets your dog caught is the inability or lack of cognitive awareness to, "put things back as they were", i.e. chair, toaster oven door. But what astounded me was the methodical know-how to move and adjust the chair into position; redirect itself to jump on the sink without falling into it, and opening the toaster oven with precision. Now if only your dog would wash a load of clothes, run the bills to the post, grocery shop and cook dinner, life would be a breeze. Great video.

OMG he is soooo smart. Watching him actually push the chair closer to the sink is hysterical
Yeah even i thought the same.
There's nothing in the table.. there should be someting in the counter.
Denise Vacco She* is so smart! Her name is Lucy!!
Denise Vacco And.... he seems to check the angle & distance first before making the first full jump. 🤯
Thank you for teaching me to never ever leave my beagles home alone
You'll always have to do your own cooking then 🍳
Have you checked the brandy and collection of cigars ???
Marios Georgakopoulos 🤣😆
They are fine however the ATV is missing from the shed..

So this is what my life has come too. 2am watching a dog push over a chair.
You're not alone buddy.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
İt's a vortex. Once your in you can't get out.
Your cute..
You have 1 too many o's in too.
What this video didn't show was how that Beagle first went to the freezer, took out some chicken nuggets, placed them neatly in the oven, and while waiting for them to fully cook, had a few beers from the fridge! And all along, they were blaming that male in the house! LOL!!! :D
too funny.
Ha, ha, haaaa.
lol I thought it was going to answer phone as well ....awesome stuff
hahaaa exactly

I love how he move the chair to get on the counter. ❤❤
ARE YOU SERIOUS?! lol I was waiting for that pupper to break out the cutting board and make some chicken tenders of something! Who's a clever baby?!?!😂😂😂😂😂
i want chicken tenders - please
When he moved the chair I was impressed... when he opened the toaster I LOST MY SHIT!
Who else was waiting him to shut the oven door.
Abhishek Maurya and cover his tracks by replacing the chair 😜
@@mirandaontheverandah ... offcourse 😊
@Pamella Roy .
@Valerie O'Brien .....how is the weather in your country?🤗
@Tushar Maurya
I was waiting for him to close the toaster oven AND push the chair back.
Maybe he's gangsta and doesn't give a fluff about being caught?
He’s so intelligent 😂😂❤️
Train her to make your dinner and have it ready for you when you get home. Make sure she washes her paws first.
Linda Perry haaaaa🐶🐶
You could even get her to wear some lipstick, and some skimpy lingerie too, if the wifes away.
Right!
We had 2 beagles, Benny and Buddy. We used to put a chair against the fridge so that they wouldn't open it. Benny (the younger one) used to push the chair away and open the fridge. Once I had a pot with food. They were able to put it outside without without making a mess. They would eat sausages
and whatever they wanted. Then when I would go back home I would be upset and ask them who had done it. Buddy would just lay down very relaxed while Benny would run upstairs. I wish I had filmed them. I miss them so much.
They gave you great memories and lots of love ❤️
I wish all doggos lived longer with us. Memories are wonderful & dreams are when I get to see my 2 little doggos again. Thank you for sharing a great memory with us.
O
I had a Bengal cat who could get a full saute pan of chicken stir fry onto the floor, despite his tiny paws. He left a terrible mess! Day or so later he pulled back the mashed potato from a Shepherds pie I'd made, and was helping himself to the nicely cooked mince below!! And the worst??!! He never so much as twitched an ear when I caught him doing it! But these are memories we'll always have of our beloved pets ❤️♥️ 🐈❤️😊 🐕❤️
God bless Buddy & Benny🌷🍑🍀
He was trying to close the toaster oven door to cover his misdeed! 😆 I’m dead!! 🤣
oh my i feel like a peeping tom!!! ❤️😍🥰😍❤️ sweet sweet doggy has the right to privacy in HIS OWN home!
Why? He's only cooking, not as if he's taking a 💩
THIS DOG HAS MORE BRAINS THAN SOME PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD..... UNREAL GOT TO LOVE THIS DOG❣
I can't help but think this dog would know not to type ALL IN CAPITALS.
@@pattyann4163 😀😀
More brains than anyone that voted for traitor trump, that is for sure

That dog is so smart
OMG...that dog is so smart it deserves every chicken nugget it gets! LOL!
OMG!! TOO FUNNY!! What a smart Beagle, I am surprised he did not put the chair back. hahaha!!
Cracking up at the comments somebody really said “hide your credit card” 😂 I love y’all
I can attest to the creativity and determination of the beagle I have two, when it comes to food they will do anything
We used to say are beagle would give up her life for half a sandwich
This dog moves around the counter like a cat
I thought the same thing. And that is what I don't like about cats. So I hope my beagle never figures out how to do things like this. She already finds enough things to do that she shouldn't!
My mom-in-law had a big cat that was strong enough to open the refrigerator. He would pull it open at night & help himself to whatever he wanted. She ended up duct taping the door shut every night before going to bed & did it for years.
So all those Tom & Jerry cartoons weren't just a product of the animators' imaginations, hmmm.
Garfield
i have a border collie and she learned to open a french door handle. if the door is unlocked she lets herself out to the back yard to pee, then comes back in and shuts the door. so yes, i believe dogs are more intelligent than we give them credit for.
olivia psalms 91 I had a border collie, they are smarter than a lot of people
Well border collies are way smarter than the average dog. I agree tho.
olivia psalms 91 - Bears can also open those types of door handles!
Border Collie's are usually exceptionally clever.
Boun Nhey - that is fantastic story. Lol!
Hahaha!!! Lolllllz
This just made me realize how terrifying reasoning skills are. Eventually, something is going to figure out they can either work us, or eliminate us to get our stuff. But not on an animal level, but in a coordinated, systematic effort.
If this was my house I’d get yelled at for leaving the chair by the sink and toaster oven open and doggo would be in the other room cracking up 😩😩🤣
LMAO

This dog needs a job. 😂😂 When an animal can figure out how to get food from a toaster oven, then it is definitely time to start filling out applications.
Beagles are just too smart for their own good. Can't wait to get another one.
Smart doggie he just needs to get better at putting everything back in place before the parents get home
LOL
and learn how to type to tell everyone she's a girl!
Been watching too many crime stories. I would have come home, seen that the chair was out of place, then ran out the front door screaming "Call 911".
Debra Perez 😂😂😂😂 Me too!
The real feat would have been him closing the oven back and some what replacing the chair back.
darealliljable That wasn't a part of his mission. 😊
PassinTime 😊
darealliljable True!
darealliljable you read my mind i was waiting for that!

That dog moving the chair form the table to the counter shows rare intelligence.
This video is unbelievable. What a smart dog!
Not at all. Humans are not intelligent enough to realize the high intelligence and capabilities of other beings, even though we should know by now.
I just realized I watched this in front of my dogs 😳😳😳
After this he went in the next room, put his feet up and read the papers...
LOL...
Then immediately ate the paper after reading the article.
I saw that Cow one, quite amazing.
This is one of those dogs that play poker in the Velvet painting that I have on my wall!
Now THAT is a smart dog. The improvised chair moving near on blew my mind.

🐩😍 cute comment, I love it.
Genius!
his last sentence should have been, "...and i love you too."
Thanks for this video.
I loved every second. XO
What a smart dog I was waiting and open up the refrigerator and fry himself up an egg!!!!!!
Dog's are a lot smarter than what we give them credit for.
Most animals are.
That dog deserved that food he is smrt

I am so smart! I am so smart! S-M-R-T! I mean S-M-A-R-T!
Shouldn't leave food in the toaster oven.
This beagle’s problem solving skills are top notch.
Growing up I had this big dog, he was a mutt and the funniest looking thing, weighed about 120lbs. We had a GMC Yukon and he would literally sit in the front seat and push the window button down when he wanted his fresh air😅
My Boston terrier used to do that too. People don’t give dogs enough credit.
He walks on everything he can not climb on when they are home. That is funny. Sassy butt! Hahahaha
kristy ann shut the f**k up he’s cool
@@romirswar3037 ...Calm down. She didn't say the dog WASN'T cool. Not sure what about her comment got you so upset. She liked and laughed at the video, and called the dog sassy. There's nothing wrong with that, because the dog WAS kind of sassy, for doing what it did. Not sure how that deserves for her to be cussed at and told to shut the f up.
if the dog takes a beer from the fridge call MIB !..
LOL
Loved this video. Very interesting. Such an intelligent beagle.
He even got down off the chair to jump up again with some momentum, then avoided falling into the sink. Methinks he's done this before.
