Warehouses in general require some degree of physical effort, after all, the contact you signed says you'll work in a fast-paced environment. Of course they care! but don't forget that you're the one that signed up a warehouse job. Now, if you feel that you're not being compensated properly for your efforts (let's say, for being one of the best stowers / pickers)... That's a whole different situation, and I suggest you to speak with your Area Manager.
You should not work like a robot
I agree and I'd like to hear your opinion if you don't mind. What made you feel that you're working like a robot? Was it that you were doing the same task everyday?... And what do you think leadership can do different to create a better work environment for you?
@@znta6591 doing the same task every day for 4 days straight, 10 hours on nights. It slavery + depression with okay money to compensate. While they put the girls on easier jobs like divert.
My average is top 10 or low 20s out of 50 ......and I just started lol
I stow like 720 in a 10 hr shift
250 amazon is 350 if u go under 15 seconds thats a write up.
a lot of it is luck! Sometimes you don’t get lots of jiffies and get boxes instead. It’s all luck.
Don't you guys love when you have 2 items that are the same size but different colours and you get an error saying that the item is too small for that pod, even thou' you just put the same exact item on the pod? or when you don't get the 6" or 14" pods? That shit is aaaaasssssssss!
comp knowledge on Amazon logistics
#1 is wrong u are not allowed to grab as many packages as you can stated by the orientation presentation ... this video is wrong ... u are suppose to only grab one package at a time ... thats the correct way!!!
Where I am, they want 500 an hour. If did 1 at a time, you will lose job instantly.
any veteran stow rank here?
Damn min maxers
They want u to average 310 packages in a hour..
My average is usually a 330 to 380 and our top stower is usually around 450 but he stows jiffys all the time....cheater lol
How to increase your stow wait……don’t put on caustic and outline the bags with boxes upright and jiffy on top of boxes…fingerscanners are a joke
Pickers that put wrong iems that belong on another aisle on rack!!!! Ugh. And stop stowing call, SUCKS!
Stow)x3
Idont understand im day 3 can you stow items side by side or diagonally?
@@ForHerEntertainmentllc Bag organization might be different from warehouse to warehouse. In mine, we do boxes on one side and envelopes on the other. Organized sideways in a library style.
This video is trash. Pickers, who were and icq have a 5,3,1 rule. And if stow abides by the rule its almost impossible for them to stow that high cause they have to move after stowing 3 iteams if there is a picker behind them. This cause issues between the 2 teams. Your stow expectations is ridiculous. I'm a Picker and your causing a Rift between the 2
