Muhammad (pbuh) is prophesised in the book of Isaiah:
It is mentioned in the book of Isaiah chapter 29 verse 12:
“And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.”
When Archangel Gabrail commanded Muhammad (pbuh) by saying Iqra - “Read”, he replied, “I am not learned”.

Christians say that the Comforter mentioned in these prophecies refers to the Holy Sprit. They fail to realise
that the prophecy clearly says that only if Jesus (pbuh) departs will the Comforter come. The Bible states that the
Holy Spirit was already present on earth before and during the time of Jesus (pbuh), in the womb of Elizabeth, and again when Jesus (pbuh) was being baptised, etc. Hence this prophecy refers to none other than Prophet
    Muhammad (pbuh).

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn Рік тому

Holy Spirit already there? So what? In John 14-16 Jesus Christ was speaking to his disciples who had NOT received the Holy Spirit YET.
And also after Jesus Christ's ascension the Holy Spirit was NOT on earth anymore, because Jesus Christ has gone away so the Holy Spirit also with Him.
So your saying 'the Holy Spirit was already there' will not help you.
But Jesus Christ said to His disciples: “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and remind you of all that I said to you." John 14:26. It is clear that Paracletos is the Holy Spirit. So clearly not the Christians but Jesus Christ Himself said that the Paracletos (Comforter, Helper) is the Holy Spirit. The Paracletos has a special role of the Holy Spirit for the disciples. E.g. to remind them everything which Jesus Christ has said to them.
Muhammad was not the Holy Spirit, so the Paracletos is NOT Muhammad.

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn Рік тому

In the video mr Deedat referred to some sayings of Jesus Christ in the Gospel via John chapter 16. But Deedat deliberately omitted the context. Because when you read John 14-16 then it will become clear that the Paracletos does NOT fit Muhammad at all. First of all in John 14-16 Jesus Christ was speaking to His disciples. And Muhammad was NOT with the disciples. Muhammad was NOT in the disciples after Jesus Christ's ascension. Muhammad was NOT sent in Jesus name. Muhammad was NOT the Holy Spirit. Muhammad did NOT teach the disciples. Muhammad did NOT remember the disciples everything what Jesus Christ has said to them. Muhammad is NOT sent by Jesus Christ. Muhammad did NOT testify about Jesus Christ to the disciples. Muhammad did NOT guide the disciples in all truth. Muhammad did NOT disclose it to the disciples. Muhammad did NOT glorify Jesus Christ. Muhammad did NOT become his 'revelation' from Jesus Christ. So the Paracletos is definitely NOT Muhammad.

Totally off topic. And even off topic you proved you don't understand what Scriptures say.
Sure Jesus as human died in the flesh but did not cease to exist. B.t.w. thank u for admitting that Jesus died, so you confirmed the mistake in Surah 4:157.
Sure God cannot die in the sense of cease to exist.
Sure Jesus Christ was tempted. But during His mission in this world Jesus Christ was submitted to the will of the Father as human. So He could be tempted.
Sure people could see Jesus Christ's carnal body in the physical world. But we cannot see God's greatness in His heaven and earth. Let alone we can overview it.
And no Jesus Christ did not need salvation because He is the Salvation, the only way to the Father. John 14:6

    • @reneandjohn
      @reneandjohn Рік тому

And as I told you during His mission in this world Jesus Christ was submitted to the will of the Father. That's why He was not all knowing, He could oy do things by the Father, etc.
During His mission Jesus is both the only Son God and human. And as a human, Jesus was under the law and was obligated to keep the law (Gal. 4:4). In His humbled state of being lower than the angels (Heb. 2:9), Jesus was cooperating with the limitations of being a man (Phil. 2:5-8). Therefore, He was in complete subjection to the Father so that He might fulfil the law and be the high priest sacrifice for our sins (Heb. 5:10). Therefore Jesus could do nothing without the Father, the Father was greater than Him, had a God, etc.. therefore these verses do not mean that Jesus is not divine; but it does mean that Jesus, as a man, was completely and totally in submission to the will of the Father and that Jesus would only do the will of the Father as the text clearly says. But this was during His mission. But Jesus talks about His status outside His mission.
As example Jesus existed before creation. “And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.” John 17:5
If Jesus was just a mere prophet, tell me which other prophet already existed before the creation?
Jesus was also in the presence of the Father before the creation. If Jesus was just a mere prophet, tell me which other prophet was in the presence of the Father before the creation?
Jesus had also the same glory as the Father before the creation. If Jesus was just a mere prophet, tell me which other prophet had the same glory as the Father before the creation?
Jesus has the authority to judge. "For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all the judgment to the Son, so that all will honor the Son as well as they honor the Father. John 5: 22-23
If Jesus was just a mere prophet, tell me which other prophet has the authority to judge the living and the dead?
Jesus was finally given all power again in heaven and on earth. "And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth” " Matthew 28:18
If Jesus was just a mere prophet, tell me which other prophet has all authority in heaven and earth?
Jesus is the truth, the live and the only way to the Father. "Jesus said to him," I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. "John 14:6
If Jesus was just a mere prophet, tell me which other prophet is the only way to the father?
Tell me which other prophet has the same authority?

And now on topic Is Muhammad predicted in Songs of Solomon 5:16?

“His mouth is most sweet; he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.”
The first mistake by Deedat is that he pronounced מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים as ‘muhamaddim’. But he is wrong, it is ‘ma-kha-madim’. So there is no pronunciation of Muhammad.
The other mistake made by Deedat is that he said that ‘מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים' is a name. Again he is very wrong because מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים is a masculine plural noun, so it is not a name (like יְהוִֹה, Yhvh). And because it is not a name it is impossible that it refers to Muhammad.
Also the claim that the plural 'im' (or 'eem') in ma-kha-madim in the Hebrew language was ‘added for respect’ is in this case false. Biblical poetry is typically built on pairs of metaphors, for example "they were swifter than eagles, they were stronger than lions". In Song of Songs 5:16 it's "His mouth is most sweet, ממתקים, he is altogether lovely, מחמדים. So מחמדים, ma-kha-madim is equivalent to ממתקים, mamtaqim. So the addition ‘-im’ is just a superlative of ‘desire', so it means 'most desire'. Exactly in line with the other words in vers 16: ‘mamtaqim’ = most sweet and other places ‘partamim' = most noble.
Forms of the same Hebrew word are also used elsewhere in the Old Testament, yet Islamic ‘scholars' do not claim that those passages refer to Muhammad. Rightly so, since those verses cannot be forced to fit the notion that Muhammad is under consideration. For example, Isaiah 64:11 mourns the destruction of Jerusalem: “Our holy and beautiful temple, where our fathers praised You, is burned up with fire; and all our pleasant things are laid waste.” “Pleasant things” is a form of the same word in Song of Solomon 5:16. Would the Islamic ‘scholars' contend that Muhammad was “laid waste” in Jerusalem?
Additional occurrences of the same word are seen in 1 Kings 20:6; 2 Chronicles 36:19; Lamentations 1:10,11; Ezekiel 24:16,21,25; Hosea 9:9,16; Joel 3:5. Is in this cases also Muhammad mentioned? If yes, why? If not, why not?
So in Songs of Solomon no Muhammad.
Also the context, the Song of Solomon is about a beautiful young girl (Shulammite maiden) who is in love with a young shepherd boy. One day Solomon spots her and has her eventual brought to his residence where he tries to entice her to become another of his wives. The young shepherd follows and finds her and assures her of his love. She resist all the enticements, charms, riches, and luxurious life of a wife to the King. Finally she escapes and returns to her true love the humble shepherd boy. So it has nothing to do with Muhammad.

And also about 1 John 4 was Deedat very wrong. Let's analyse 1 John 4:
“Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”. But the verse is clear e.g. in the word ‘because’. In Greek “ὅτι’ = ‘hoti” which means ’that’ or ‘since’ or ‘because’. Clearly this verse only states that spirits are the result of the presence of false prophets in the world. So 1 John 4:1 clearly states that false prophets are the course and spirits are the result. That makes clear that prophets and spirits are NOT the same, they are two different types of entities.

    Let's assume it's Muhammad's name.
Problem 1 Quran 7:157 says the Jews and Christians find Muhammad written in the Torah and Injil. Song of Solomon is not Torah or Injil.
Problem 2 Quran 3:55 .... I will deliver you from those who disbelieve, and elevate your followers (Jesus) above the disbelievers until the Day of Judgment....
Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Jesus words
Quran 5:43 But why do they come to you for judgment (Muhammad) when they ˹already˺ have the ...Torah... containing Allah’s judgment, then they turn away after all? They are not ˹true˺ believers.
notice corrupted or following Muhammad is not the issue with the Jews.
600 years after Jesus received Injil. Jews didn't need Muhammad, who is meant to be in their Torah.
Problem 3 No historical evidence from the time Song of Solomon was revealed to the time Quran claims Jews and Christians find Muhammad in Torah and Injil No one talks about the name Muhammad.
Hadith (Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2653) (Tawrah and Injil are with the Jews and Christians) Muhammad speaking 600 years after Jesus received Injil.

Sister with all due respect you ask who wrote the book of Solomon "is it God?" This is after all in your Bible and if that verse had a prophecy about Jesus Christ then you wouldn't say it's just from a song
You actually didn't refute a single issue he raised Al you did was say he doesn't know what he's talking about
Sister Jesus prayed to God to save him from death a death that you were taught to believe had to happen for your salvation
Jesus according to your Bible did not die willingly but you believe he did
He went into the garden of Gethsemane praying asking God to save him
He was on the cross according to your Bible and asked why God forsook him

Deedat also made the wrong conclusion about the gender in John 16. It is correct that every noun in the Koine Greek has a gender. But the gender of nouns, not pronouns but nouns, in which they refer can differ indeed. Like in John 1:4: "In him (M) was life (F), and that life (F) was the light (M) of all mankind." So a female noun wich refers to a neuter noun. So in the same way as in John 4:24 "God (M) is Spirit (N)..." is in John 14 the Paracletos (M) is Spirit (N).
And yes, the Paracletos is a person but not a human. Not a human because it is a Spirit (John 14:17), the Holy Spirit (John 14:26), which the world cannot see (John 14:17) and is in people (John 14:17). So Deedat 'argument' fails. And so no prophet in John 14-16, let alone Muhammad.

  • @reneandjohn
    @reneandjohn Рік тому +1

And also about the seven spirits made Deedat the wrong conclusion. The seven spirits in the Book of Revelations discribes the seven attributes of one Holy Spirit:
    1) The Spirit of the LORD
    2) The Spirit of wisdom
    3) The Spirit of understanding
    4) The Spirit of counsel
    5) The Spirit of power
    6) The Spirit of knowledge
    7) The Spirit of the fear of the Lord
These 'seven spirits of God' in the book of Revelation are a reference to the Holy Spirit in the perfection of His manifold ministry.

Is Muhammad predicted in Songs of Solomon 5:16?
ḥikwō maməṯaqqîm wəḵullwō maḥămadîm zeh ḏwōḏî wəzeh rē‘î bənwōṯ yərûšālāim:

    JESUS vs so-called "CHRISTIANS" today

    1. Jesus teaches Monotheism; the Oneness of Allah. (Mark:12:29).
But Christians are believing and teaching Trinity in obeying Paul but disobeying Jesus.
    2. Jesus believed he was a Messenger of Allah. (John, 17:3, John,7:28, John, 8:42).
But today's Paulinists believe Jesus is God. Jesus say something but Paulinists believe otherwise.
    3. Jesus surrendered his will to Allah. (Mark, 3:31-35, Matthew:7:21).
But today's Paulinists don't believe in Allah but they believe their 'national god '.
    4. Jesus was circumcised. (Luke, 2:21).
But today's Paulinists don't do circumcision. They oppose Jesus and follow Paul.
    5. Jesus never ate pork. He despised pork. (Leviticus,11: 7).
But opposing Jesus today's Paulinists eat pork.
    6. Jesus denied Trinity same as Muslims do. (John:17:3).
    But Paulinists believe in Trinity.
    7. Jesus had a beard and dressed modestly like Muslims.
But Paulinists despise beard and like Nudism.
    8. Jesus performed ablution before prayer like all orthodox Jews do. Moses and Aaron and his sons used to wash their hands and feet. (Exodus, 40:31, John, 13:10).
But Paulinists don't do any worship like Jesus did.
    9. Jesus believed only Allah has the knowledge of unseen. (Mark, 11:12-13, and 13:32).
But Paulinists say Jesus has the knowledge of unseen.
    10. Jesus worshiped Allah with his face on ground as Muslims do. (Matthew, 26:39).
But Paulinists don't believe in Allah and don't pray Salah as Jesus prayed.
    11. Jesus used the greetings of peace and taught his disciples to greet each other (as he do). (Luke, 10:5, John, 20:19).
    But Paulinists oppose Jesus.
    12. Jesus followed the LAW and forbade interest. (Exodus, 22:25).
But Paul abrogated the Law without Allah's authority.
    13. Jesus fasted for more than a month. (Matthew, 4:1-2).
But Paulinists don't fast even they mock at fasting.
    14. Jesus did not worship or wear the cursed cross.
But Paulinists worship and wear the cursed cross.
    15. Jesus never got drunk.
    16. Jesus preached Jihad. (Luke, 22:35-36, Matthew,10:32-34).
But Paulinists call it terrorism. Before talking about Jihad, learn what it means!
    17. Jesus taught Salvation comes from submitting your will to Allah, Fath and good deeds same as Muslims do. (Matthew:7:21-23).
But Paulinists oppose Jesus and say otherwise.
    18. Jesus believed Miracles were from Allah. (John, 5:30, Acts, 2:22).
    But Paulinists believe otherwise.
    19. Jesus predicted he will survive the alleged crucifixion as Muslims belief. (Matthew:12:40).
But Paulinists believe Jesus was crucified.
    20. Jesus did not believe in Redemption by his Blood. (Matthew:5:17-20).
But Paulinists believe in Redemption by Jesus's blood.
    21. Jesus told an evil person to thank God. But he did the opposite he thanked Jesus and went around thanking Jesus ...Christians got information from him. Till today they praising Jesus not God. Contrary to what Jesus had said.
"Return home and tell how much God has done for you." (Luke 8:39). So the man went away and told all over town how much Jesus had done for him. Remember Jesus himself was thanking God. (john 11:41)
False beliefs, false love and total opposition to Jesus.
