Sounds like SE MI weather. We literally get all 4 seasons daily here quite often.
Out here in Michigan we haven’t started mowing yet, a lot of our properties are still dormant. We’re hoping to start next week or so. If we get 2 or 3 days of rain in a row, we push everyone out until the following week
Rain falling is God's way of keeping us in business. I look at it as a blessing. I've been 2 and 3 days behind. Not fun. I just go down my list 1st to last. Then may have to change the cutting day the following week by a day. Then the 2 weeks later day I put them on their original day if that makes sense. I'm running stihl products.
Oh yeah it is cash, we have been rained out for this week , been raining for the last four days!
I do everything in my power to make it up except work on Sundays. I'll work sun up to sun down if I have to. I'm a solo operator, I'll hire temporary help if I have to.
Hi sir, I have the same issue with the speed feed 500 head. I have gone back to my old 450 head.
Would a speed feed 450 work on a stihl fs 90 or is that motor not strong enough?
I don’t know anything about stihl products but I’m sure the 450 head would work on any of them. As long as they have at least one horsepower.
How do you attach extra string for speed feed to you trimmer? It’s been I one of your videos but I can’t remember how

I only use the 400 heads. I haven’t had any problems.
