  • Based on clinical findings, I will show you how to differentiate Parkinson's disease from essential tremors. Also, how to differentiate Essential tremor from excessive physiologic (normal) tremor. We all have a physiologic tremor that worsens during physical or emotional stress or could be a side effect of medications.

    Thanks,Doctor. Your explanation helped me greatly. I started with ataxia , next came one sided kinetic tremor pulsing around left thumb . Now chattering at rest. Motion disorder neurologist scripted levodopa and I was sick in my stomach and in bed for 3 days.
    Not looking for any opinion, just wanted to say thanks for clarifying differences.

    But what about EARLY onset? I am 36 and have tremor in my left hand, especially when my muscles in my left hand or arm are contracted
