Looks good, unlike yours I have a 1/4 inch clearance on mine between the bolt top and the chute handle auger. I ran my hand across the bottom of the chute plate and it felt a little rough. I ran a large flat file over it a few times made it smooth then smeared some grease under and on top of the plastic bearing ring, just a small amount. It had some on delivery, but I added some more...not a greasy mess amount. heh It turns very easy, the steal bearings aren't even being used by it, may be one on the far side. I noticed the two chute rotating stop pins on yours are still on top of the gear ring. They should be flipped to be underneath like the motor mount plate was flipped to be on top. They were loosely attached on delivery. The bolt head stops the chute now from over rotating but it might get wedged/stuck if you turn the chute to hard. It shows in the blurry example picture of an instruction...heh. cheers

The different size bolt and nut is a trick from way back when it's so that you only need one wrench set to work on something

I would like to go through the whole thing and replace the odd-ball sized nuts and bolts. The machine is still running strong. We've had much more snow this winter than last. It still makes easy work of keeping the farm clear. It's a great machine. Just has the occasional odd sized nut and bolt.
