Ah c'est pas facile à l époque je fesais tous a main lever la je m'entraîne assez régulièrement car j'ai le tig a la maison la pénetration remplissage sa vas mais la finition pas encore au point je glisse vers le haut du tube grrr
@@juliengrosdemange4671 De ce que j’ai pu « apprendre » en finition quand l’acier est chaud , la buse a tendance a glisser. J’ai baissé en AMP et crois moi je glisse plus. Bien sûr je suis souple dans le mouvement j’appuie pas la buse comme un fou. Si ça peut t’aider

Love the video. Have a question I did 2 1/2 inch schedule 40 carbon pipe. I did not do a steep angle on my bevel. I did a 1g not fixed position. Do I have to do 2 passes or can I do 1 pass? I looked inside had 100% penetration but, wanted to see what you thought.
The 2 1/2 inch schedule 40 carbon pipe is 5.16mm thick. Maybe more PASS is needed.
@@weldHAGOJIBI that's what my teacher said or add a bit more filler. But he said 2 passes would be best.

Can you make a video about 2 bead horizontal cap? The thing is - when I'm welding upper bead I walk the cup but after maybe 100mm of weld my hand gets turned to that degree, that I have to stop and reposition my hand with the tig torch. Why that happens and how to fix it?
Probably many welders have had that experience. This can happen when the wrist moves more in one direction. So, there is a method of starting welding after turning the wrist a lot in the opposite direction when starting welding. Or, it seems to be a good way to pay attention to make your wrist move evenly in both directions.

키홀용접을 할때 물을 가운데에다가 공급해주고 반키홀은 슬하쪽에서 공급해주는건가요? 그리고 키홀용접을할때 두개선을 녹여서 키홀을 만드려면 아크를 가운데로 줘서 녹여주는건가요? 그리고 키홀용접과 방울용접의 차이점은 뭔지도 궁금합니다ㅎㅎ 쓰다보니 길어졌네요
둘다 키홀 입니다. 양키홀도 키홀이구요. 원리는 비슷합니다. 용접봉 공급 방식에 따라서 다르게 불릴뿐이에요. 반키홀이 공급 방식이 좀 편한하고 안정적이어서 많이 사용되구요. 방울은 오버헤드에서 안쪽에서 공급이 가능하고 좁은갭에 응용하기 좋아요. 여러가지 해보시고 본인에게 맞는 방식에 가장 좋은거에요. 상황에 맞게 잘 응용하시면 더 좋겠죠.
