i plan ok visiting nj next month while staying in staten island where i am from. however, i was from elizabeth, off hazard place born in jersey. last time i had santillos was 4 years ago , before that 7 years old. im now 46. whenever i am in jersey, i try to get a pie from there. i seen several other videos by other creators. the pizza looks fantastic still. myself i like a lighter less charred crust. some places offer it near burnt. i loved hearing in the other video i seen how it was said the crust can be cooked to order. to me thats perfect. not many places will offer such. its their way or no way for the pizza. when i asked for it to be taken out a lil early, a few min. to me it was perfect. i could chew and enjoy it. tasted as good as anything i had from manhattan, staten island, or bklyn. sometimes even better.
