If you are not required to show delays as percentages, then an easier way to do this is to bring up the column 'Variance - Baseline Finish' (this option lives under the 'Duration' section). You can also assign a second baseline (if you are measuring against a status update from a previous reporting period) and bring up the column 'Variance - BL1 Finish'. Results will be in days, and for most projects this will be fine. Great video!
Hello and thank you for your trying in Project management. But i think in Lookahead filter you forgot a little thing. You forgot the not started activity. Because we have also some "not started activities" that are also in our loakahead range.

What dose mean performance % is higher than schedule % but there is delay in finish data
