@TheTourGuyVids for rome and Florence, the new and old videos are equally interesting. The older video of Venice piqued my interest with the very unique library and the navigational tips to gauge time between different parts of Venice. If there were tours starting at 10am I would have signed up as travel from Florence to Venice for tour at 9am is impossible.. Will join tours in Rome and Florence
I learned more in the first 2 minutes of your video than I would have in 2 hours of searching on the internet. THANK YOU!! Brb - have to watch the rest. :)
The first time I visited Venice was during Winter in Jan . The night fog covered the city. The police men' s uniform consist of a black cape ! A Few years later, I visited again Just before the carnival, a 2 weeks festival, it has a red wine fountain! The were light snow , truely romantic 😍
These are great videos and helped us out when we visited early May! I like that they give you a map and mention train stations that you would use because that can be soooo confusing as first timers to Italy. Venice was so wonderful to visit and can't wait to go back. We booked The Roman Guy for three tours and I would highly recommend booking with them. There are sooo many tour companies to go through but The Roman Guy was fantastic. When we toured Doge's Palace we were the only two on the tour and holy cow it was the best time with our guide and even got to see some things I suspect most don't get to see. When we got to Rome we toured the Colosseum and the Vatican and are tour groups were super small which is really the best way to go. Guides alway give tips on what else you should see and where to eat and you should take their advice.
When in Venice........gotta visit the little colorful Islands of Burano & Murano; Beautiful & less crowed & a nice change from A crowded Grand Canal or all the other popular tourist spots💕💕!!!!!
only 3minutes in and this is already one of the most helpful videos ever, thanks so much dude! heading to rome in December and was wondering if I had time to hit venice as well
We're going to Venice for three nights next week, and you're talking about things that really interest me. I'll be saving and watching this again before we go. Thank you for putting together such an informative program. This has been very helpful.
Just want to say your videos are awesome!!! First video I've watched, not even finishing yet, I already subscribed thinking...."this will be my go to channel when I need to travel somewhere for the first time!"
Hello! I just discovered your channel. I especially like that you write how much time it takes to get to the different places. Thank you so much, and keep traveling.
I'm planning a vacation to tour through Italy and really wanted to include Venice. This was the exact video I needed! Lots of useful tips and a great way to see the keys spots. Thank you!
He hasn't shown you half of the key spots, you can spend a day in San Marco alone, one of the best islands to visit is Murano to see the glass being made. My advice allow at least THREE days to get the best of Venice
You shouldn’t take photos etc inside the Basilica, but many do. Lose yourself in the back streets of Venice and see how the Venetians live, the small, amazing bars and restaurants that serve food that will blow you away. Of course, you will need more than a day then😊
Thank you for this video I just moved to vicenza from the states and I’m only a hour from Venice, I’m about to hop on the train to Venice and now I know what I’m doing lol
Thank you for all the travel information that you post on , we went on a bus tour 2 years ago but unfortunately there was not enough time to go in the buildings and take walks around Venice . your video shows lots of places to check out. thank you again, I will comeback with more comments after my trip.
Great. The most intriguing piece of information about Venice was of the Jewish Gheto. I'm not surprised that Venice harbours the oldest Jewish establishment in the world considering that Venice's origins was a merchant port. Unique in so many ways.
You're welcome! We're so happy that the video has been helpful! If you need any assistance on your trip please feel free to give us a call anytime at 1-888-290-5595
I was in Venice in 2014 and bought from a street vendor very cheap Venetian mask keyrings (€2 for 6 or 12) and as I liked them so much have tried to locate the vendor without success. May I ask something crasy? Should you come across him can you ask his contact for me as I live on the other side of the world. He was only selling keyrings but other might also!
The way you get passed the line for the Basilica is storing your bag at the small church on the small street beside the Basilica. This will saves you lots of time.
Bravissimo! Really well done, just the right amount of helpful tips and info. Agree one needs more time in Venice but also know many people can only fit in a day trip. I know how much work went into making this video. You did an excellent job!
I lived in Verona, Italy tor four years and took the train pretty regularly to Milan and Venice. Venice has gotten too crowded, especially in the Summer. You’re better off visiting Tuscany, or crossing the Adriatic to Croatia.
You are awesome, great video and thank You so much, I am planning a trip with my love and I needed video just like this, process, times, buses, stops, great just great thank You so much
@@TheTourGuyVids now we are just looking for a nice place there for 8 night, some of them looks fine and some not :) If You have any good ones, please let me know:)

2 days max in Venice. Very pricey, so confusing but absolutely stunning. A must see for sure.

One must to San Marco at night when most tourists have left. Magical.
It seemed like you went back to the train station really early. How much time before the train departure do you need to be at the station?
We always show up 20-30 mins before departure time. That’s plenty of time to sort out track location, get snacks and a coffee
