- I’m sorry Bryce. Seriously, the guy behind me that kept on saying, Bryce, is fucking annoying. I had to turn around and silently tell the guy to shut up without ruining the video which already happened because of the movements on the camera. Why do I even try? Hey, if I get 1000 subscribers, maybe I'll start making videos. Who knows.
This puts SAO on the same level as Ghost Stories in terms of dub, if only they went along with this

I do perfer the sub version of SAO but some of the dub actors are alright. Honestly dont know why people take sub and dub so serious. Just enjoy what language you perfer with anime :)

I can say with confidence that Tomori Kusunoki knows more English than you'd think. Of the 6 Japanese staff who were in this panel, she was the one who was laughing the hardest at the jokes in these bloopers while the others were mostly just watching quietly.

The Ghost Stories dub script writer was allowed to do anything he wanted (and the VAs of course improvised too) but it looks like SAO’s dub VA’s wouldn’t need any kinda guide to parody it themselves
It was the Ghost stories VAs who were doing scenes without guides too. Literally one of the VAs said it in a video. They were allowed to do whatever so they improvised

damn this makes me wish I was born sooner, I'm 13 so I never really got the chance to go to some event such as this, still haven't but I feel like I've missed out on such an amazing time to experience and maybe more events like this, but as I was 9 then I couldn't really go to that, hell I didn't even know about any events lol, one of my first ever animes that I watched was sao and seeing this really gave me a lot of nostalgia, even though most of it was jokes and stuff seeing all those people having so much fun out there really makes me jealous lol, I hope I am able to go to an event like this soon but I'm not that sure as I am only 13(nearing 14) and it will probably be awhile before I can enjoy events like this on my own, my parents have also always been pretty protective over me so Id never be able to go somewhere like this with them and not be embarrassed, I don't know why I decided to write this out, I just wanted to express my feelings I guess, not really sure what else to write on here but yeah.
Don’t worry, there’s a good chance you’ll live past 14 to enjoy a pretty long life. You’ll have plenty of time to go to one of these events in the future.
My advice, as an internet stranger, is to do good in school because you only really get 1 chance to do your schooling right. Even if you have non-academic passions, school is a great backup option if things don’t work out in the future. Also, if you’re feeling down, ride it out if possible (if not, seek help)-stuff gets better if you’re pragmatic and your teenage years will be over pretty soon (but don’t be scared or sad about growing up) :)
Im also 14 and Sao was my first anime and I also find it annoying I hadn’t discorved anime sooner and I could have went to a few conventions and experienced things like this I’ve been to one before but I wasn’t into anime as much that time so I didn’t enjoy it properly
