2 x LTA Enforcement officer speeding on PIE

Dear Land Transport Authority ,
While I was riding my Honda Super Four Vtec 3 400cc motorbike yesterday night on Pan Island Expressway from the general direction of west to east .
I unfortunately saw 2 of your staffs (the wording - LTA Enforcement) , speeding past me on my right .
My speed was with the legal speed limit of 90km/h .
While i do not have Traffic Police's speed trap camera equipment as evidence that your staff is speeding , I'm using my common sense to confirm that base on my speed and 400cc of my motorbike compared to 2 of your staffs and their motorbikes .

I want to understand from you , why is 2 of your staffs speeding ?
When they are not to travel above the legal speed limit .
I understand only Singapore Police Force vehicle / Singapore Police Force Traffic Police Outrider / Singapore Police Force Expressway Patrol / Singapore Civil Defence Force Ambulance / Singapore Civil Defence Force Fire Engine can travel above the speed limit when responding to emergencies - such drivers attend defensive driving or advance driving training .

CORRECTION: both of the riders is NOT under LTA directly
they say 90km/h but LTA/TP close one eye if you go 100 or 110 . Usually they let you go 20km/h above speed limit on expressway when you are on the right lane . Normal roads they dont . Camera would catch cars driving 111km/h and above.
I not too sure about LTA and TP can travel fast? i
Speed limit>>90km/h, can go between 90km/h to 99km/h
Another e.g. speed limit>>60km/h can go between 60km/h to 69km/h
LTA/TP would close one eye,surely you can't stay at 90km/h for the whole of your time at the expressway right?

Yes . Since Traffic Police have the software capability to reenact such matters , it's easy for Traffic Police to trace from the video of my vehicle speed .
