Actually anyone can help to press the intercom. Once press the intercom someone will check the CCTV saw there is a emergency AMB they will surely open the barrier for the amb at the exit barrier no need to go the enter one since there is so many car over there. Last time I work carpark barrier , I normally do that for what ever emergency come I open for them at the exit side.
