Omg I am YOU and YOU are Me 😂. I’m a silent watcher in all my UA-cam videos never ever commenting on videos. Not my steelo……I’ve maybe commented on two videos and it was probably because they were having some type of competition lol but everything you said is exactly how I would say it. I’m currently in my long term goal of hopefully competing in a year for the first time 🤞🏽and I needed to hear this. Love to meet you someday 😊. (Ps. I read this at least 3 times and it took me 20min to press send)
Jazzmyn, that is hilarious because I totally understand that it wasn’t until I started creating more content that I started leaving comments on fellow creators videos. Because I realize how impactful they were, but I just would watch them and never reply. But that’s a big reason why a lot of creators or quit making content is because they’re not sure how their audience perceives it or if they enjoy it aside from just having decent views. So it’s super helpful that you drop this comment here I read all my comments! And I definitely have spent a lot of time with women as a coach and a trainer, as well as just spending time with myself to know so many different scenarios! Thank you for being here!
@@dianeflores_ifbb_pro oh wow never thought of it that way 😬 but makes total sense. I will try to step out of my comfort zone more often from now on 🤞🏽
Just subscribed! Thank you for sharing this! I competed in the NPC 2002-2006 & 2011. I love the structure of working out, meal prep and having goals keeps me happy! I workout from home. Menopause sucks! I am 52 it’s been a struggle for me age 45 to now especially estrogen rollercoaster highs and lows. I have been on Bio-identical hormones since 2021, getting bloodwork plus setting goals/mindset helps, I feel better than I did a few years. Please chat about nutrition, workouts regarding hormone imbalances, perimenopause and menopause. I did carnivore for 2 years, tanked my thyroid (I have Hashimoto’s) recently added some carbs back in around my workouts, my LDL came down a bit & thyroid function looks so much better.
Thank you for subscribing! Yes, menopause can most definitely be tricky for sure. The human body is fascinating, but it does do some tricky things that can be difficult. It sounds like you’re already on the right path for your health! Keep me posted on your journey and let me know what other specific videos you’d like to see.
I want you to know that you are also inspiring a lot of us older men (39+) to keep up with exercise and working out. I thank you so much. Mindset is A HUGE contributor for sure and having to ignore your feelings and get into what i call "machine mode" is a MUST. Muscles and body don't care about feelings you have to put in the work. Motivation is fleeting. Thank you so much for saying this.
Oh well, I love hearing this and thank you for replying. I don’t care who benefits from my content as long as it helps people 🎉keep the comments coming.
I'm so grateful for finding you on IG, FB and here on UA-cam. I love your realness and it's been so helpful to me during this fitness journey I'm on. Thank you 💖😘💖😘
