    I learned how to identify wild plants. This past Springs and Summer was great! I found purple dead nettle, wild mustard, wild onion, dandelion flower and leaves, greenbreir, mulberries, and their leaves, dewverries, wild plums, and wild pears! I'm waiting for the pears, pecans, and persimmons! 😋😋😋😋

    And to be healthy you also have to eat nutrient rich food like raw cruciferous veggies as much as you can. The video is so helpful, thank you.

    HI THERE!! I am actually not diabetic and did not have any health issues that I am aware of. HOWEVER I started this lifestlyle >>> LOVE IT! Only began one week ago. We hardly ate animal products prior, so was very easy. What I noticed today is I have a pretty low blood pressure. 103-105 over 65 - 70 and 60 pulse. Is this common? Or have you heard of this? I never had high blood pressure. Thx so much!

    Hello, im mid forties female that is in perimenopause. I have eaten wfpb for 15 years and have remained trim. However im gaining and my calorie needs due to muscle loss is going down. Unfortunately estrogen supports metabolism and when it declines, your energy needs decline and well as loss of muscle. Im going to start lifting weights. How many grams of protein should i shoot for so i can build and maintain? Thank you

    Do you consider medjool dates a dried fruit? Why are dates a yellow light food?

      @libbyreed8588 Рік тому +2

      Dates are considered yellow light foods because they are higher in calorie density.

    It’s not just feeling full, but also enjoying your food, you want to eat the foods you enjoy, to me that includes a balance of all the food groups.

      Green light and yellow light but emphasis on green light. Eat yellow light foods less frequently; unlimited green light foods.
