Wow! Brinjal Fritters are looking very beautiful. It was perfect Light Brown in color, and very crispy in sound. I think it's taste is very delicious. At the end you have served this recipe on black plate with tomato ketchup, and garnished this recipe with fried green chili. Which was looking absolutely very fabulous, and your presentation was really superb. Brinjal Fritters is one of my very favorite snack recipe. Sometimes I have enjoyed this recipe with green chili sauce at evening time. When I make Brinjal Fritters at home always I have used soda, but after watched your recipe video I will definitely used rice flour instead of soda. Thank you very much for very beautiful snack recipe shared with us through this video.👏👏👏👏👏
