Firewall Ultra Review - PSVR2

Full of bugs, barely any game modes and day 1 problems, I take a look at Firewall Ultra for a PSVR2 review. This was a really tough one to score guys. My initial review score was a 5/6 because of the serious lack of game modes and game breaking bugs. I thought damn they just don’t deserve a good score for under delivering and over charging. But after thinking about it and playing for another day, in reflection I was being too harsh on it. The broken PVP matchmaking will likely be fixed within a few days, same story with most of the bugs. After some thought this led to the current score of 7. I upgraded it to a 7 because at it’s core, it does succeed in doing what a video game is supposed to do. Be fun to play and provide entertainment. And it does that really well!

I expected so much more than a simple Graphics upgrade since FZH on last gen. The shooting mechanic is so much better on other games. They are so good that you dont even think about it and this game is a shooter..... right?. No single shot option on assault rifles which is my bread and butter for accuracy have been axed for a STUPID aim mechanic button........... wtf?. No game testing here thats obvious. Just check out the reviews for their last game Solaris Offworld combat. I gave praise for FZH when it came out years ago but this feels like that same game. No real true progression lets be honest about it.
