I made something like that for my friend. The only thing I don't like is the nylon paracord. It stretches way too much if you swing it around. I think a cotton fiber cord would be better and doesn't stretch as much. Like cords made for clothes lines (for hanging your clothes outside).
My scout master was a master gunnery sergeant and served 2 tours in Vietnam. He taught us as extra credit to do this but would not accept it unless we did it free hand with manilla rope. This ‘guy’ is cheating.
Doing these are so relaxing and therapeutic for my mind👍🏼
