My answer to being hungover = Yes, once when I was 19, and it was enough to put me off from hard drinking... Here's a story about it, I may have shared this before (I probably have, I tell it a lot on social media), but my wife (girlfriend at the time) and I were finishing our first year of college, and like a couple of dumb kids madly in love, we decided to celebrate by getting hammered and watching the original Puss In Boots film. Makes for an interesting experience... What we didn't factor in was that we had already agreed to go on a group trip to a theme park the next day. We'd have to get up at 6am and we'd be travelling on a noisy coach for about 200 miles... As you can imagine, the next morning sucked really badly. We had barely slept and we had raging headaches. The highlight of the day for me was enjoying a massive burger at the theme park. Unhealthy? Yes. Overpriced? Most likely, but when you're that wrecked after a night of heavy drinking, it's the best meal in the world.
That was almost 11 years ago, and thankfully my wife and I have learned a few things. Drink water frequently, and know your limits. I do remember my wife having a hangover one more time after that, in 2013. It was her first time going out to our local nightclubs. In the past 10 years, her hangover solution has remained mostly the same: Get her some orange juice, stick her in the shower, and for the love of God, don't talk to her 🤣

I just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work and effort your videos help me so much I struggle with addiction and I am 1 week sober the longest I have gone in my life and do to being sober sleeping is almost impossible but when I listen to your videos they help me sleep and calm my anxiety so thank you I wouldn’t be able to have gone this far with out you ❤
