Thanks for the video! I always turn to your channel when I need a clear explanation -you’re the best! On that note, could you please share some tips on the 2x1 tubular bind-off?
Thank you, Diana! Both for the kind words and for the suggestion to make a tutorial about tubular bind off for 2x1 ribbing. I've just added it to my to-do list. Thank you, my friend 🙂
Of course. I explain how to adjust this method for working in the round at 7:16 of the video and at www.10rowsaday.com/tubular-bindoff-2x2rib. Happy knitting :-)
@@10rowsadayit’s going really fast. And your hands are sometimes blocking the view. I’m loving the end result that you showed! But I can’t understand how you did it
Sorry to hear that. In the video, I do this bind off step by step in "real time", and you can watch how the edge is shaped after each step. If you didn't get the same result, there is a chance that one or more steps were not performed as they should have, I'll be happy to help you figure out what went wrong if you explain what exactly happened to the edge of your project, or, better yet, send me a clear close-up photo of the edge. It is better to reach me by email maryna@10rowsaday.com Thank you.
I think this is so much easier concentrating on the knit stitches I still have to follow a few times 😁thank you for making this easy
Brilliant! i've seen other versions of the 2x2 tubular BO, but yours looks the best by far. thanks!

Thank you, Maryna!
Wow never seen this before will have to practice it. Thank you so much.
Wow! Fascinating Maryna! I’ll be watching this a few times for sure. It is so interesting! Thanks so much for sharing! 💗
So like the Kitchener stitch.
You are right - this bind off is very similar to the Kitchener stitch.
Is this technique also good for binding off in the round? Thanks

It's hard to see how many strands you are picking up from the back.
We always pick up one strand in addition to the one that we already have on a wool needle. Sorry, this wasn't clear enough in the video.
