    Girl, your hair looks SO GOOD! And you are literally my hair twin. We have similar hair journeys from start to end. I used heat during my hair Journey transitioning as well. We also have similar hair types, tightly coiled. So glad to be on this journey with you!

    So glad your back! Girl the same thing happened to me with being vitamin deficient, for the longest time I thought I was just tired which was why I felt so weak all the time until my hair started coming out of chunks, one blood test later and I discovered I was vitamin d deficient 🙃, stopped relaxing to give my hair a break and now I'm a full time natural lol

    • @nucchi
      @nucchi  2 роки тому +2

      Awww thank you 😁 I'm glad too! so crazy that a lack of vitamin d can do that.. I'm do happy I know now 😩 happy for you that you got your hair back to good health xx

    Have you tried using the aloe Vera plant itself as a pre ooo???its much affordable and beneficial and has lots of slip as well...I recommend you use that instead of always buying that pre poo

    • @nucchi
      @nucchi  2 роки тому +3

      i actually haven't because i just feel like it's so much effort to cut up and store 😅 haha. the pre poo is only £3-4 and lasts pretty long so I don't mind 🙈 thanks for the suggestion though! I may try it sometime xx

    How did her hair grow so much 😱😱😱😱

    • @nucchi
      @nucchi  2 роки тому +2

      I'm still wondering myself haha! I took some hair vitamins this past 2 months and I'm thinking it could be that?? I've told my cousin and a friend to get a bottle to see if they notice any changes.. if they do I'll let you all know what it was. if not then I guess it's just genetics, diet and routine 🙈

    how often do you wash and does using olaplex alot not give a protein overload? ive never used olaplex but im really intrigued

    • @nucchi
      @nucchi  2 роки тому +3

      if my hair is out then I wash once a week, if it's braided up for my wig then once every 2 weeks... everytime I wash I use olaplex. it's not a protein treatment, so no protein overload. it's actually a bond builder and they actually recommend to use it weekly, more if you have damage xx

    • @onyinye-4188
      @onyinye-4188 2 роки тому

      @@nucchi thanks so much I think I’ll try it out

    • @marleyhill34
      @marleyhill34 2 роки тому +2

      @@onyinye-4188 Yeah Olaplex is a bond builder, bond reconstructor and a bond multiplier. it targets the disulfide bonds in your hair that holds the protein together. You still need to do your scalp care, moisture treatment and protein treatments in addition to Olaplex.
