"Liza Jane" by Sherman & Lee Hammons

Sherman (banjo) and Lee (fiddle) Hammons play "Liza Jane" in 1973 at Lee's home in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. Both the recording and the unfortunately damaged photo were made on a visit I made with David Winston, when Dwight Diller introduced us to them. It was a rare treat to hear them play together, since both were more accusomed to playing solo.
