Barry did an amazing job producing this song for the landmark 1979 "Dionne" album. I was a kid then, but the song has resonated with me throughout my life and something beyond a romantic relationship. It has been a reminder that even in my darkest hours, I've been blessed. I saw Barry in Concord, CA too. I think it was before this show. He put on a great show. All the beautiful songs and funny stories of his past. He's a great singer/songwriter and storyteller. Can't believe he's 80 now. Happy belated birthday Barry.

I first heard this song when I girl I knew told me to listen to it, because that was how she felt about me. It's been one of my favorite songs ever since. The relationship didn't last, but the feelings (for her or the song) have never faded. She's also the one that made me a huge fan of Barry's, and that's never faded either. Because what he's done is timeless. "You're not alone..."

It really hurt my feelings, but later I was in college and when I would come home on breaks, then all these same dopes were calling to ask me out. Well said!!!! SO INCREDIBLY happy for this beautiful voice and soul who FINALLY can be his true authenic self without fear. NO ONE sings with more passion and caring than Barry. The music pours from his soul. I am SO BEYOND excited to see him again soon in November at the Westgate, after many many concerts in years gone by since 1978. I got the chance to hug him and kiss his cheek as he passed through our table at Casears in 1985. My dear Fanilow concert buddy Debby passed quite unexpectedly 2 yrs ago this November. 😢My husband said "No worries, she will be there with us in spirit."

I love Barry so much and I admire him a lot. He is an example for me : he is really disciplined . He gets up early, he plays the piano for a longtime every day, he does exercice to keep fit and can stay in stage
for more than two hours , he takes care of his amazing voice... etc.
I think if I was so disciplined as him , my life will be better. I debt lots of life lessons to Barry.
He is my favourite singer, musician and showman. His songs are with since he began to be famous but he learned me that " you get what you get when you go for it". The sentence of one of these songs.
So , Barry Manilow is the best in all ways of life.

All the Time is one of my favourites. This song meant a lot to me growing up even though I didn’t grasp the different layers of meaning - and when I did it gained even more. Also, Barry has worked with some amazing lyricists, but for me the best has got to be Marty Panzer. ❤

If people took the time to do a little research, they would realize what a truly gifted composer, and arranger of music Barry is...take any song that any singer songwriter made and when Barry remakes it, it is a far better song after Barry Manilowises it..Marty Panzers lyric and Manilows melody is a poignant and perfect combination..what an unbelievable talent the man truly is!!

I don't care either that he is gay but I did know for about 20 years before he announced it. I kept hoping he would say something because it could have made life a lot easier for him.
Being Bette Midler's pianist in the early 1970s performing at the NY Gay Continential Baths, I knew that Bette was a fruit fly and Barry very gay indeed. And..... as a young boy back then, I knew I would grow up as a fabulous woman. Xxx

Barry.....Little more on Frank. He could never hold notes the way you can so he would swim every morning in his pool underwater holding his breath, but he could never get to where you do and he said it was because of all the smoking and drinking Jack Daniel, and actually he said he was the bigger drinker than Dean Martin but Dean smoked more than he did.
