lol, I had a bunch of different hairstyles for Palpatine (mo halk, corn rows and long blonde hair) but they got cut. seriously the stormtrooper can't hit the broad side of a barn thing needs to end. In the movies they were literally under orders in the New Hope and Empire to take them alive. That is clearly mentioned several times. Notice how in Return they suddenly all had pin point accuracy
